THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE THAT I'VE EVER HAD. KITT & CHRIS AS WELL AS THE REST OF THE ENTERPRISE STAFF ARE AMAZING. I'M ALSO NEGATIVE NANCY AND AS WE WERE WALKING AROUND THE LOT I KEPT SAYING THIS IS NOT GOING TO WORK AND KITT WAS LIKE DON'T SAY THAT. PICKED OUT A CAR AND "OMG" I WAS APPROVED! THEYARE AMAZING AND I TELL ANYBODY THAT'S LOOKING FOR A CAR TO GO TO ENTERPRISE CAR SALES WHERE YOU WILL ALSO HAVE AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! HOPPEFULLY THIS IS MY LAST CAR, BUT IF I EVER SHOULD NEED ANOTHER CAR I WILL BE DEFINITELY BE CALLING ENTERPRISE WHERE THE STAFF IS "AMAZING"! MELISSA VANN

I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worse enemy. When I arrived, the owner mike came out to welcome me and try to put me behind the wheel of a few cars and sold me on a Ford Fusion hybrid minus some minor issues and he said he the hybrid battery was new. The day I went to pick the car up it wasn’t ready. Waited in his office for hours only to find out the part wasn’t fixed. Gave me a loaner and came back next day to get car. Drove off lot and the car started making weird noises and got message on dash saying brake failure. Drove back and the mechanic took it for a spin and came back and said if it happens again just press the brake very hard and it will reset. Made no sense at all. Well, when I was heading home it happened again and car shut off. I was at that dealership every day ever since having the car looked at and was never offered another loaner again. Finally he said he was going to fix it and make good on his promise. He had my car for almost a month and every time I called or emailed him it was a different excuse and if I kept calling him I was harassing him and then told me it’s not his problem if I can’t get to work and that there are ways of going to work like a Uber or Lyft...I was ready to reach through the phone and choke this man. You take my money and give me a unsafe vehicle and I’m harassing you. I called the BBB, DMV and news channel 8 on your side. I reported him and fought with credit card company and took a while but got outlet money back and gave him his car back to him exactly how I got it..with no brake fluid, no gas and not a card in the world. So NEVER EVER will I step foot into his propert nor recommend anyone to buy a car from this rude and demented man.

Strongly recommend avoiding Coventry Motorcar and their team. I called Coventry Motorcar ahead of time to set a time to look at an Audi A4. I notified them that I was a serious buyer and was very interested in the car. The salesman I spoke with assured me the Audi was available and would be up front and ready to look at a scheduled time the next day, since they were closing soon. They took down my name and phone number and told me I would be meeting Scott. I urged them to contact me if anything changed as I had an hour drive to get there. I showed up a few minutes early the next day and did not see the Audi anywhere. When I entered, I asked for Scott and explained that I called ahead for the A4. Scott looked like a deer in the headlights and told me that he did not know I was coming and that the car was sold. He then told me that I “should have called us today because I do not hold cars. Scott also said he had no idea who I spoke with, because they are a ‘first come first serve’ business and they do not make appointments to view cars” Scott appeared to question that I had even called in the first place until I pulled up the record on my phone. My biggest frustration is not that they sold the car, but the lack of communication and professionalism. Instead of giving me the courtesy of calling, emailing or texting me to let me know the car was sold, they had me drive over an hour for nothing. At the time of writing this, the car is still listed available on multiple websites, including the dealer’s. I would strongly recommend avoiding Coventry Motorcar. Do your research and stick with a more reputable dealer who will respect you and your time. They’re out there, but I was tempted by a good price. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and assured me that I will never do business with this dealer.

AWFUL- I had been trying to call the Manager "Justin", - PO'd in Plainville

AWFUL- I had been trying to call the Manager "Justin", when I finally got in touch with him, he explained that I had to put a $500 deposit down on the vehicle(s) I wanted to test drive. He then explained that the deposit was non refundable!!! When I asked why, he said it was because he has to pay someone to be there after hours to accommodate me!!! I work 9-5:30 mon-Fri. They are open only from 9-4:30 Monday through Friday......WHAT KIND OF USED CAR DEALERSHIP IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS AND KEEPS BANKERS HOURS?????

Drove 2.5 hours to buy a car sight unseen other than on cargurus. Upon arrival the car my son and I were looking at sat out front of the shop, which to our surprise was a small auto shop and not a dealership. The clear coat of the car was a bit of a mess but the paint itself was good. Dan graciously dropped the price by 500.00. We noticed one of the tires had a splice in it, which Dan had replaced. I asked about a 30 day warranty and was advised that everything would be warrantied but the clutch. Dan later insisted he said he would only warranty the car until my son and I got it home. Never heard of such nonsense from a reputable dealer! 9 days later my son was stranded as the car would not start. I called and left a message and did get a call back. In fact calls were returned by Steve, the mechanic, several times, but never from Dan the owner! After much negotiations and having to take the car to another mechanic and spend 325.00 to get the car fixed, I was told by Steve that there was not money in the budget to reimburse me! So I have to wonder if the 500.00 drop in price was because it was known that the alternator was going to crap out only days after I bought the car!! It's a shame that Dan does not back up what he sells. It turned what would have been a great experience into a lesson learned and has caused me to retract any recommendations my son and I were giving. I simply cannot recommend a place that does not make good on the cars sold that have faulty mechanical issues 9 days after purchasing it.

Visiting the dealership very disconcertning. Front office looks like a bad back room. Wanted a Subaru legacy, but clearly needed service especially battery and serpentine belt. Car was a leaf ridden mess. Concerned with transmission because the HD tow hitch on it. Response we don’t know how far was used. They are advertising a rouge I would normally jump to go see, but the trip there isn’t worth the gas. Lots of choices, better choices can be found

Let me start with, I did a little research and majority of their wonderful reviews are from family or friends of "Bill" and his employees. Fraudulent fake reviews to boost their ratings. We should have learned our lesson the first time we came in here and had terrible service. But I guess we are suckers for punishment. We bought a car from here. Awesome deal, too good to be true even. Tuesday we put a deposit down. Emailed our insurance info and our info to transfer plates. Heard nothing back. Friday my husband calls to see if the car is ready because mind you we got no kind update on the car during the course of 3 days. They said it wasn't ready yet and they would give us a call back later. I email the owner Bill to see what was going on. (He gave us his card if there were any problems). Well Bill, HUGE problem. We get a phone call the DAY we are supposed to pick up the car saying they can't sell it due to transmission issues. Bank check was set, insurance was set and now we are out the gas from driving 40 minutes on 3 separate occasions and have no car. We should have stayed away the first time. If you want a car, go down the street to Car City. They are amazing to work with, just as busy, less staff and still have better customer service.

Reset computer module ( new battery installed )... Could not get honest or straight answer.. felt like all they wanted is for me to hand over my 10,0000 in cash .. Got call from Mike and they bad mouthed me to my wife and wouldn't let her get a word in.. She ended call by screaming over his fast talk... "I STILL HAVE MY 15 .000 DOLLARS ".. THEN HUNG UP !!.. Folks, all I can say is save yourself the aggravation of dealing with this dealership. Too long to explain but the transparency, customer service and Thrift Investment Corp they use for financing, is nothing more than smoke and mirrors. Don't spend a week of playing ping pong with no answers, no follow up, or no desire for them to sell a car. If you have a good credit rating, they will NOT approve you. They are looking for low credit scores and people with credit issue to stick a 13-29% interest charge to on long term financing and additional fees. Too many good transparent dealerships around to get involved with this runaround. They couldn't even answer basic questions of what conveyance fees or a general breakdown of the cost of the car. Almost one week of stringing me along before I got a letter of denial. That's with a Fico 8 Model of 787. I have five days of transcript that are too long to put on here but trust me. I've bought cars for 60 years and have never run across anything quite like this. If I could give A-1 ZERO STARS, I would.. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHAME on you, A-1 for running a business in the manner you do...
