Service department is something to be desired...Hum... Not quite sure how this works. Something has been drawing the battery from the time I purchased the truck in 2017 from Charles Toyota. Went through several batteries, and several deployments. Now that the truck is out of warranty, they finally found the frayed wire from the starter that they installed at my experience of over 400 bucks. Maybe the starter will work???? Maybe they finally found out what is drawing the battery, I hope so. Truck has less than 12000 miles on it because I am afraid of being stuck somewhere with a dead battery. Time to trade it in while it is able to start.

service dept rip is a off charged for work not done I was under warranty which was a third party (sold by The GM Dealer) they said my pump needed to be replaced the car was in for other work gave me a story all the work done under warranty would have cost over $3000 and I only had to pay $250 never going back.

The quality of the service department has significantly declined since I purchased my vehicle 8 years back. Early on the service was prompt and courteous. My last appointment required a 3 hour wait for an oil change and I made an early appointment to avoid any service backups. So this will be the last time I bring my car for service here. Do not know who is to blame for this decline, but damage has been done!
