We had a great experience at Audi Danbury. Our Service Advisor, Dash, was super knowledgable and helpful. Based on a comment I made, he immediately knew there were bigger issues with my vehicle than the service that was originally booked. He was able to get me a diagnostic and quote fairly quickly and knew that I was going to need a loaner for the duration of the repair. I originally was going to wait for the repair, but because it was more extensive than I realized, I ended up having to reschedule. Dash worked with me to figure out how best to proceed so that my car was safe to drive until he could order parts and secure a courtesy car. He communicated effectively and put my concerns to rest about timing etc, and overall it was as painless as getting a car fixed/serviced can be. Dash even helped us figure out an issue with our navigation connectivity and his help was so appreciated! We've been to several Audi dealerships over the years for service, this is one of the best!

Great experience at Audi of Fairfield. All concerns handled professionally and courteously. Loaner car provided and overall I was very pleased with result. Status reports were provided by phone and text so I was always aware of next steps during the 3 day process.

Mike is an exceptional service consultant!!! His professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness had made our unbearable experience, truly a bearable one. We had purchased a used 2013 Audi A4 for our daughter (this was her dream car). A little over two months later, the engine blew. We weren't sure how all this would work out as we purchased the car from another dealer. Mike was very courteous and honest and worked diligently with the warranty company to get our car fixed. Never once was he frustrated or impatient with us. He would provide us with daily updates as to the status of our car. Thanks to Mike and the exceptional service he provided us, we will be taking our car to Audi of Wallingford for service!

Before I write a review on how long I’ve been trying to get my car situated and fixed properly as that what insurance is for. I’d like to talk to someone to make sure this is not what really goes on over there.

I recently had my car repaired here. I dropped my car off and was told it would be ready in 12 days for pick up. On the estimated date I had not received a single update the whole time my car was in the shop, so I called and was told it should be ready the following monday (3 days later). I received no phone call monday, so I called them around 3pm, to be told it would be ready Wednesday. I spoke to the secretary and asked for her to call me and leave a voicemail on Wednesday with an update if the car was ready or not since I work night and would likely be sleeping, she agreed. I received no phone call, and when I called at 3pm again, she yelled at me, saying she didn't get an update until I called and she had to ASK while I was on the phone with her. She then proceeded to yell at me, saying the car won't be ready until Friday, and that I can NOT call her, that she would call me. Guess what? Friday came, no call. Called Monday, at open, didn't get a return call till 2pm saying the car was ready. 12 days, was now 21. When I picked my car up, there was a box of car parts on my passenger seat, my driver door speakers. They refused to put them back in saying they were broken when dropped off, which they were not. They were left for the manager to contact me, who still has not. The chrome pieces on my door were never put back, and part of my side view mirror was never assembled so wires are hanging out of it. I have reached out to the manager 3 times. No response STILL. Reached out to my insurance, and am taking my car to a different dealer because this was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a collision center. They are truly unprofessional, unreliable, and should not be trusted with the repairs of anyone's car.

Bad experience. Poor service skills - MikeY

Worst body shop I've been to. They'd have done a better job at Macao. After Joe telling me he'd work the deductible in for me, they call me once it's finished to tell me that it's all set but I have to pay the deductible. I figured no big deal so I went down to pay and pick up my truck. Upon examining my truck, they didn't prep the truck correctly and I had a flaw over a foot long that nobody even checked over or looked at before they tried giving it back to me. While letting joe know that i was upset over the issue, he displayed his poor customer service skills by walking away from me mid conversation and going into the back. Grated i wasnt yelling or being a dick, just talking. After a weekend of having my truck still and them racing through it again, there's still a section that they never fixed. I paid to get it out of there out of their hands. First off, how do you give a car away with a huge imperfection, then bang through it and still have it look like crap? Very unreliable and rushed here.

I am very picky about who works on my car and this shop was terrific! I know about cars and they didn't try to sell me work I didn't need nor did they pressure me into any "extra" services. All their recommendations were spot on and their prices are competitive but there was no pressure to "get it done now." Times are tough these days, and I felt like they understood that and would work out a time frame with me and prioritized my car issues to help out the old wallet! I definately will refer my friends to these guys!

Audis are good car but this dealership is lazy and slow. The prices are higjer than other dealerships.The service is more expensive, and S-L-O-W. If you dont mind waiting in the showroom for hours, this is the place for you.
