Michael Mitsubishi only recommended repairs that were needed, and told me that several repair items I thought needed doing were unnecessary. They could have easily recommended those repairs and made easy extra sales on them, but they did not. I was very impressed. The work was performed quickly and was right the first time. The price for the service was very good, and was less than I was expecting at a dealer. I am very pleased with their service, and will definitely go back there, particularly to Shirly Green for the next service.
