The worst service department I have ever worked with. They never ordered the parts for the service I scheduled five days prior. It takes two days according to them to get the parts. That left plenty of time to be prepared. Two separate customers while I was there had the exact same issue. Their excuse for each one of us was, they didn’t have our Vin numbers when we were scheduled for our service appointment. They have a third-party answering service schedule their service appointments. With the third-party service, I gave all the information including my Vin number to them. I also received an email with my Vin number attached to it, and a reminder from the actual dealership a day prior to my appointment that also had my Vin number attached. They provided to accommodation for their unpreparedness. I would NEVER recommend this service department to anyone.
