My husband bought a 2025 RAM 1500 and I just bought a 2016 Dodge Charger, we have been super happy throughout both processes. We both love our vehicles and every staff member we worked with.

Joe in the service department was a tremendous help! I live full time in my converted dodge ram promaster and took it in to have my breaks be replaced. He really went out of his way to assure that I would have my van be done before closing so I can sleep in my home. The dealership carried different break pads that didn’t match my vehicle so he took the time to leave and pick up the correct pads to make sure I have my van back before the night. The service department/dealership is lucky to have him and I will definitely come back to this location because of Joe’s customer service!!

This is no longer located at the old location at 505 S. Havana. It has apparently been absorbed by the Dodge dealership further south on Havana. If you are a Fiat owner I would look elsewhere for service! Made an appointment to have simple services done on my Fiat 500e. Needed tires rotated, air filter replaced, sunroof rails lubed... The service website allowed me to make the appointment, verified my VIN number and sent me on my way. After making the 45 minute drive to the relocated service area on Havana I was told they can't even touch the 500e because they aren't certified. They were at the old location, but not here which okay I can live with that, but if you can't service the vehicle don't let me make the freaking appointment! OR when you see it come up on the service appoints call the customer and let them know so they don't get up at 7:00am on their day off and waste 2 hours of their time only to be told "Huh I guess our website didn't tell you we can't work on those?" NO IT FREAKING DIDN"T!

Bottom line: be very cautious when doing business with this dealership. Addendum stickers with bogus charges is another item of concern. Strongly suggest that everyone should look elsewhere before giving any business to this dealership. The dealership was contacted and provided a price estimate for a 500X. We then traveled two hours to purchase the car but upon arrival, the vehicle had been changed out for another 500X that looked identical. It was just before giving up the money for the down payment when my wife and I asked questions and discovered that this was not the vehicle that we had inquired about. They had substituted it for a 500X that was the same color and options but with scratches and 650 miles. When we inquired as to the specifics of how this vehicle arrived at the mileage and condition we were not provided any factual information but we were informed that the vehicle that we had discussed via email and phone calls was going to be used as a service loaner. Bait and Switch is the term given to unscrupulous car dealers such as this and we did call FIAT corporate to lodge this complaint. We will now be driving 6 hours to New Mexico to find a vehicle that is optioned the way that we were looking to purchase.

I will definitely go back to Mike Ward Fiat and will recommend (already have actually) Tom & Joey to my friends who are looking also. I'd been looking for a new car for about 6 months. Happened along to the Fiat/Maserati dealership with my boyfriend who was also looking for a new car at the time, and we both walked away so happy with what we bought. I ended up with a used car (which was not my original plan) but it was perfect for me and I couldn't be happier with my choice. John, Joey, and Tom worked so hard to make sure we both got what we wanted. I hadn't planned to buy that day so my trade in was a mess and they helped me clean out my old car. It really was a first rate experience and I appreciate all the effort these guys went to. Thanks to all of you!
