Came in to purchase a Used Tesla Model 3 with them and they were incredibly knowledgeable about the process of using the Clean Used EV Tax Credit, Jonathan is the man when it comes to that stuff, and made the whole process straightforward. Eric was awesome and did a great job looking out for my needs and was even very flexible in making everything surrounding the deal work and went above and beyond custom service-wise while also being very truthful and real with any questions I had. I was very satisfied with everything to do with my interactions there and in the future would certainly check their inventory or recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle they carry.

David Sloane is an awesome salesperson, he was very knowledgeable about the Volvo SUV I test drove with my boyfriend on Saturday. I really recommend asking for David, he was very flexible about my timing, extremely detailed about the car and I felt no pressure from him that you can get with other car salespeople. Most of all, he's a very authentic and sincere person. I really liked this Volvo showroom and David Sloane is AWESOME!!

Responsibility, integrity and customer service are terrible!!! We bought a $64,000. RAM truck from them. The CARFAX said there were no accidents but the back bumper was dented and pushed in. We inquired if there was any damage to the rest of the truck and were assured there was not. When we took it to our paint and body shop to get the bumper repaired, they showed us several things that indicated the side panel definitely had been poorly repaired and painted and that most car dealerships should have been able to see the cheap repairs. We were delayed in addressing the issue because of a cancer diagnosis, surgery and treatment shortly after our purchase. We took it to Mike Barko, the current General Sales Manager. (the people we worked with no longer work there) We told him we hoped they would split the cost of the repair - their share being only $1000.-1500. After discussing with his boss, they absolutely refused and indicated that we might have wrecked our truck after the purchase. These people do not value repeat business or the integrity of their customers.

Several years ago, I took my new-to-me vehicle to Hudson. Two days later without vehicle, the bill included $300 for a new keyless entry antenna. Took to Lakewood dealership and learned that no new part was installed and received the service and part for no-charge warranty replacement. This year, went in for a fluid leak. Two days later without vehicle, charged $75 for no leak found. Leak in window washer fluid reservoir is obvious. No service provided by Hudson. Absolutely a FRAUD.

I have been to several dealerships but this has been the worst by far. The level of service I have received has been outrageous. Each time I have been in for repairs/maintenance in the past six months both parts and service manager have been outside smoking and I had to wait until they were finished with their break before they would even acknowledge I was there. This is not to mention the times that I called for an appt. and got no answer. Most of which I made the calls from across the street just to see if the two were outside smoking when my calls were being ignored. And guess what? Low and behold neither was behind the desk. The other part of all this that was so frustrating is I got charged $89.44 for a simple remote reprogram for my key transmitter. I understand things cost but it is flat out UN-PROFFESIONAL to charge someone $89.44 for five minutes of work and give someone free mount and balance on a set of tires simply because they are a friend of the service manager. The reason I came to know this is while waiting to make payment I overheard the conversation between the customer and Aaron. The only part of this whole ordeal that was enjoyable is the technician was friendly upon returning my keys. It seems to me like the managers of that department need to be taking some ethics lessons from the mechanics. Overall, I would rate each of my visits along these same lines and would not recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated like a human being.
