Absolutely avoid this dealership they will do anything to mislead you. My wife and I were very nervous. They got us to come inside when a negotiated price was fair, but when it went to the finance manager, they changed all the numbers around, slipped in new paperwork, and all new set of numbers, including warranties that we vehemently denied wanting, now we have to get a lawyer. Please avoid nobody needs this in their life.

We were looking for a white Tiguan with 3rd row for our nanny - they didn’t gave one in stock, but within minutes were able to get approval to trade one from another dealership. I wasn’t able to go the next day to pick it up, so they delivered it to our home on Carmel. They beat Seaside an Salinas lease deals and were much much more pleasant and responsive.

An Angel named Ryan in the service department is truly a blessing. I'm a travel Nurse and I have been trying to get in somewhere to get an oil change for almost 2 weeks with no luck. I called the dealership in Salinas and explained my situation that I am not from this area, commute pretty far, and there's a high risk of my car breaking down If I don't get an oil change due to the time restraints of the initial oil change alert. Even though there was no availability, Ryan went above and beyond and made it possible for me to get my oil change. He was truly pleasant, professional, hospitable and passionate about what he does and I am grateful for his kindness and hospitality. The Worst (it’s Nissani Bros. now) - sboileau1

Still furious. Yesterday I went to buy a new "used" leftover 2017 Camaro 2LT Convertible (119 mi). Negotiated, got the price to where I wanted, signed all of the paperwork. Owned it. Done and done. Salesman was honestly wonderful to work with. Literally waiting outside to drive home in it. When they went to pull it in to wash it, it wouldn't start. Somehow, the lot attendant, in his attempt to jump the car, fried it... or else it was a dangerous manufacturer defect. Either way... Entire cabin filled up with electrical insulation smoke, absolutely reeked, the terminal and the battery cooked, maybe the cables too. Just a mess. Scorched the electrical system. While they had FIVE identical cars (identical Monroney sticker price), all used because the dealership purchased them from the manufacturer a few months ago, the manager refused to sell me one of the other ones at the same price (swap it out evenly), because they were arbitrarily priced differently on different websites ($23,995, $25,998, $26,998) so he couldn't "afford" to give me the same deal on one of those. I just wanted them to reprint the paperwork with the VIN of one of the literally identical cars and send me home happy in one on Christmas Eve. He wanted $2000 more for me to drive home an identical car to the one I literally bought from them, in good faith, an hour earlier. Voided the deal, went home in an Uber, empty handed, after wasting SIX HOURS at the dealership on Christmas Eve, angrier than I've probably been in ten years. Ho, ho, ho. About to file a formal grievance with corporate, with the owner, and with the better business bureau, for the first time in my life. They absolutely had an easy way to do right by me, and they absolutely avoided any responsibility to save a few bucks. That's apparently their ethical code.

This dealership is scummy as heck. My husband took our truck to this dealership to get it rekeyed after buying it used via private sale. HUGE MISTAKE!! For the next five years we’d receive weird letters with post it notes or copies of fake email chains saying we had the ONLY truck of that model in the whole city and this guy reaaaaally wants to buy it. Or we’d get phone calls from people who’d leave their name and say, “This is Kathy. Please call me back ASAP.” I had a family member in hospice at the time so I’d call back, heart pounding, thinking the worst, and it was m***** f*****n Hilltop Dodge asking me if I wanted to trade in my truck. Oh. And because they had both my husband’s and my phone number, they’d call both of us and do it. So my husband would think something had happened to me. Dude, YOU ONLY NEED TO CALL ONE OF US!! We’ll get the message. So I called the dealership to have us removed from their marketing list. They said they would. It kept happening. Over and over. Every week to two weeks. Then I was getting calls and letters about my other car — which had not been purchased from them nor been in their service center. Which means THEY LOOKED UP THE CARS WE OWNED VIA OUR DMV RECORDS. Which just *has* to be illegal. If not, then it’s at least highly invasive and slimy. It took two years of phone calls and one scathing Yelp review to make the insanity stop. All this — ALL THIS — over one service visit to get new keys. Do. Not Use. Go elsewhere. Anywhere but here. (Btw, notice all the positive reviews here sound like they’re written by the same person? Hmmmm?)

We were stranded and from out of town. Called Lithia Dodge in Santa Rosa and they were rude and said they were "booking two weeks out." Called Autoworld and Fernando was kind, fast and understood our needs. They set the standard for Dodge service centers! Fernando was responsive and courteous. He immediately understood that our vacation would be impacted by repair delays. He pulled the technician out to talk to us to make sure he understood the history of the electrical issues, and then sent us on our way with a promise it would be fixed. And it was - that very day! I usually do my own repairs, but if I lived near Petaluma, my truck would go to Autoworld Chrysler Dodge and Jeep!

Made an appointment 3 business days in advance for routine maintenance and specifically outlined my materials preferences for motor oil. When I arrived for service at appointment time I was advised that technician would not arrive at work until at least 75 minutes later than my appointment time, and that my work would have to wait until he arrived at work. Also I was told that my product preferences were not stocked at the dealership and that it would further delay my work to provide that product.

They were fantastic even though they were busy and i had no appointment they fit me right in and completed the job in a short time. So we went through the process of buying a car (ie credit pull, etc). It wasn’t until the very end, after I signed everything, that they say “oh sorry we got the wrong car, the car you want costs 10k more”...even though we test drove that car to the front with the representative and they told us the MSRP three times. Bottom line, do not get your car from here. The sales guys are idiots, and the owner is a sleezebag and they do this to get you hooked on a car and then do the bait and switch later.
