Was pressured to buy a car here and then could never receive any help from them after that. They did manage to return a call to let me know that my finance rate was a mistake and that it would be going up one point. How convenient. One month after purchasing the car, the aftermarket warranty company went out of business and I still can't get ahold of anyone to return my money. Two years later. Now that's service. Before I took delivery of the car somebody stole the CD changer out of it and they told me it wasn't included in the options list. Hmm strange I believe. Don't buy from them no matter how good the deal is.

I sent a message asking specific info, response came back to come to dealership, after calling...I had mentioned in email that it was too far to drive there if the vehicle wasn't up to par. they didn't answer my questions, just said it was still available. since the peice dropped dramatically, and it had been there for way long, I was curious about why, so we drove there to see it. very small lot, the car was stuck somewhat out of sight and no one came out when we pulled upand got out to walk around to find it. When we did, the paint was oxidized quite a lot, and a tire was practically bald. we left without speaking to anyone.

My fiance is a JAG Atty & he thinks this place is a FENCE! Now although he might be a little quick to make his mind up I do agree the salesman was WEIRD and VERY SKETCHY. During our price negotiation the sales-guy took a phone call, lasted at least 15 minutes cause we walked out at that point. Mr. Sketchy didnt even seem to notice we were leaving. Although he was speaking in a normal tone, he kept asking "so how do we switch it?" \ About the time it became obvious he was talking about VIN plates, we were outta there! Strangely enough the car dealer we ended up buying from that day, had or has had the same suspicions. Supposedly he worked for them a short time & said it was "not run real clean". Also said they pass SMOGS if you pay enough, so that kind of says something too. BE CAREFUL, we got a GREAT DEAL down the way from them. Almost $1,500 less than Advantage and they threw in a couple service visits. Advantage is SHADY! Just another CAR LOT SCAM WAITING TO HAPPEN & I am glad we didnt do business with them that day. I have left a review for the Dealer we did do business with & I wont hesitate to go (down the road again). Thanks Deb

I even said I’d pay for their Uber to and from the repair shop. They never called me back, nor did they respond to texts and won’t answer the phone when I call. How do you run a sales business like that?

Sold me a vehicle with flood damage and did not disclose information. When I contacted them regarding the information they were absolutly unwilling to make any consessions. There were other problems such as 4x4 non operable, severe corrosion, had to replace catylitic converters (both), all four 02 sensors, fuel pump, fuel sensor, rear breaks & calipers, mufler and exhaust pipes etc. Repairs of this vehicle began three months into my purchase of teh vehicle. Bancroft Motors was negligent in the sale of this vehicle and when informed of the condition of the vehicle were rude and unwilling to take any responsibility at all. I relied on their word that their vehicles are all saftey checked and that this vehicle was in execelent condition. This was obviously to my detriment.

Bayside was recommended by Wolfe's, both companies in the Kearney Mesa area, to help my friend find a replacement for a car that was damaged by someone who ran into her car. They were not only honest, caring, and cooperative about finding her a replacement car similar to her old one, but also helped her get through all the paperwork necessary in these circumstances. They made sure she was comfortable driving the very clean, well repaired, replacement as well. I will be recommending their services to MY friends as well after watching their great work with my friend, Monique, who says she will highly recommend them.

Where to start? I know STAY AWAY, do not waste your time with this lot if you are looking for them to work with you, and do not expect them to fix any little issues, even when you tell the sales person, Dino(from Kansas) that this little issue is very inportant to us and is a deal breaker, of which was that the driver side door needed to be adjusted and the interior door panel needed to be fixed since it was falling apart and would come off in our hands with in a few hard pulls, of which you had to do to close the door. Dino(from Kansas) was some what Gruff, but said he would take it to his boss for us,(typical sales technique) just to return with a Kbb print out of the going price of the vehicle. I knew at that point that they were not going to fix the issue, Oh by the way they do not have any Machanics on site, and have to ship stuff out and pay to fix things. Anyways, I looked at the report and replied "Ok so", then he says that they have already lowered the price and that it is a used car and NO they would not fix the door. Well as you probably would guess we did not buy the car, although as Dino(from Kansas) told us as we were walking out that it would only cost Us a $100.00 to get it fixed. WHAT part did they not get when we told him that the door was a deal breaker? Not to ramble on, but this was our second visit to this lot. A week prior we happened to stop in while shopping for a certain type of vehicle with certain criteria, this was when we first met Dino(from Kansas) and when we told him our criteria, in his Gruff way told us that they did NOT have any thing of such, and we probably would not find it anywhere, of which we told him that we have already looked at three. A week later we are back at the lot because we seen the vehicle online, and just so happens to be on Dinos(from Kansas) lot, go figure. Here is the funny part, after refreshing his memory, then showing him our copy of the online vehicle, then seeing it, I asked him how long they have had it on the lot, he replied two years he thinks, YEP I had to ask why he did not show this to us the first time? His reply was that it was in the shop... Or was it? Hope this helps, GOOD LUCK.

Do not waste your time anywhere else! It is so difficult to find a dealership that is honest and genuinely cares enough to get you the best deal. I was a first time buyer and they worked with me to get me the lowest rate possible and the whole process was as painless and quick. I truly felt like I was buying from family and didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Mark was very patient and answered all questions I had, and made suggestions when he got a better understanding of what I was looking for. Pay them a visit and you won't be disappointed!

I was searching for a new/used BMW 745iL. I found one on Autotrader.com. It was so much less then all the others I had seen on line, so I had to call. I phoned the dealership and spoke with Brian the sales manager. He advised me that the car I had seen was still there and that is was very clean and freshly serviced. He invited me to visit him and come see the 745iL. When I arrived I was greeted by Brian and was shown the BMW. He then took me for a drive I was very surprised how clean and in good shape this car was. Even for a car that was 4 years old it was straight on the exterior and very minimal ware on the interior. Brian then showed me the carfax. For a small dealership I was very impressed. He advised me "we have a no haggle policy". It was refreshing to know that there wouldn’t be the old "back and forth" and "let me ask my boss if I can". Since I had done my due diligence I knew this 745iL was cheapest and nicest one I had seen out of 11 others. We did the deal and they also met the bank rate I got from my credit union and was able to extend the term. It’s a new face on and old business...Most people hate to buy a car… I know I do…well did until I ran into Bob Zand Motor Company.
