My husband and I just purchased a new Yukon with the help of our amazing sales person, Matt, and Bryan, who go did an amazing job helping get us financed. We couldn’t be happier with our whole experience from start to finish!!

I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited on 7/2/2022. I went in with my own approved financing and $13500 cash down. 5 weeks later i come to find out that Clawson never submitted my auto loan and that I had to go back in and sign new contracts. My interest rate went up and 10 days later I received a letter stating clawson was canceling the contract and I had to surrender my car. I again secured financing through another lender and suffered dozens of inquires on my credit. The new lender wouldn’t finalize the loan since I had Possession of the Jeep for 2 months. I have secured financing twice, both times Clawson has sabotaged it. They have made no effort or good faith gestures to resolve the issue. Instead they have bullied me, barracked my vehicle in not allowing me to leave and since have posted the vehicle I purchased and have in my possession online for sale on their website. This smells like fraud?

Don't expect to haggle the price, cars are priced at or below any other establishment and are good, quality cars. He (Mike, owner) knows his business. This is my fourth Lexus and I'm familiar with how they are supposed to run/look and what to look for. After buying the car, I took it to my long-time Lexus mechanic and he was impressed with the deal I got. I had a very pleasant experience buying a car from him and friends/family have indicated that they will become devoted customers in the future, as well. Location is on Leffingwell near La Mirada Bl. The La Habra Bl. address is an old address.

I just purchased a pre-owned Lexus from Omied at K&F Auto Dealership. I had been searching for a lower mileage Certified Lexus and was about to pull the trigger on a Lexus Certified car at another dealership the following morning. I was laying in bed and was browsing the market on my iPhone and found K&F had just posted an RX350 with only 21K miles at a decent price. There were no pictures yet so I immediately called expecting to get voice mail but surprisingly a very pleasant voice answered the phone. I was taken back for a moment since it was so late in the evening. I asked if I can see the car first thing in the morning and he explained that they had just purchased it and are still waiting for the transport driver to bring the car. He told me that he will rush it through their repair and detail shop as soon as it arrives and will call me once it's ready. I had been searching for a really low mileage used RX350 in a very specific color combination, for a while and didn't want to miss out on the one that I was about to buy but I took my chances with K&F as I was assured that I will NOT be disappointed with their car. Fast forward two days and I get the call and head down and see the car. The car looked amazing, it was in far better condition than the one I was about to buy at the Lexus dealership. Omied gave me a Carfax report and mentioned that the right fender had been replaced even though the history report didn't show it. I was a bit concerned as this was my first used car purchase. He suggested I have the Lexus service center inspect the car. Omied coordinated the inspection, I paid the dealer over the phone and they gave me the results later that day. It checked out great, they even performed an outstanding recall. I couldn't come in until later that night and informed Omied. He said he will go ahead and wait for me. I mentioned that I also needed financing. He had me fill out a credit application on their website to get my financing approved during the day. When I arrived around 8:30 PM, Omied guided me through the paperwork and got me a great loan APR that was competitive with the Lexus Certified APR's. Since the car had less than a year of original warranty remaining I opted to get the 6 year extended coverage for added peace of mind. It came out to about $400/year and I actually ended up SAVING money while getting TWICE the amount of warranty coverage when compared to the Lexus Certified 3 year/100,000 mile warranty. All in all this was a very pleasant experience. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Omied. He is the complete opposite of what you expect a salesman to be. He was more like an adviser just guiding me through the process. I have already referred two co-workers to K&F. I also found out that he is in real estate as well. When I'm ready to buy my condo I will definitely consider him as my "go to" guy.

I have gotten 2 cars from them the first one I got from them they were the onlt place that whould approve me and it was the only car they would approve me for but not even 3 months after getting the car the check engine light came on and the transmission was going out so I ended up going back to them to get another car wasn't too upset about the first car because it was an older car with quite a bit of miles so I ended up getting a car a few years older then my previous one 3 days later the check engine like came on in the new car took about a week before they finally did anything about it gave us a temp car while they fixed it but 3 months after that the check engine light came back on and the car wouldn't switch gears while my boyfriend was driving it on the freeway we called this time they didn't want to help out said there is nothing that they can do about it must boyfriend asked if we could bring the car back and trade it for another one and put more money down and they said they can't do that the only way they can take the car back is if we stopped making payments but it would be considered a repo on us, they are good when it comes to missing or not being able to make a full payment for the month but when it comes to having car issues right after u get the car there service is crappy

Don't ever bother to talk with Tanya, I have spoken to her twice, both times she said she would get back to me within a day. Over a week had passed when she called me back and she still didn't have the information I asked for! She first quoted me a price or $7,999 but when she called me back she said the price had gone up to $8,777. So unprofessional! The second time I spoke with her she said she would call me back with the information the next day, with the answers to the same questions I had the first time. Have not heard from her since.

Bought my CX-5 at Cardinale Mazda back in August 2021. Everything was good until a rattle developed on the front windshield (OEM) November 2022. A brief description of the rattle: it happens during the day when the car is warm or hot because of the sun. I brought the car in for at least 5 times to get diagnosed showed them videos and test drove with a technician that heard the noise. While I appreciate the loaners car they gave me during the times they had my vehicle for service, it still doesn't change the fact that the issue remains unsolved. I have been in contact with Mazda Corporate as well but seems like there's no clear communication from both parties at all. Bad warranty service experience.

I went to CarMax to sell my SLK280. Kelly BB said it was worth $12,450. The dealer where I was buying another car said they'd give me $9,800! xxx! So someone said go talk to Josh at CarMax. Since I had nothing to lose, I went there and met Josh. The most earnest, honest, helpful guy I've met at a dealership. He took my keys, and 10 minutes later came back and said he thought I'd be happy with their appraisal. Boy was I ever! They offered $15,000! $5k more than the dealer, and $2.5K more than Kelly Blue Book had said. Josh helped me get the stuff out of my car and then took me to Maurice in the business office and he got the check for me. Friendly, honest, amazing. I had never been to any CarMax dealer before, and honestly for some unknown reason had a low opinion of them. BUT my personal experience once there was terrific. I don't know about the other CarMax locations, but this one offered literally world class service to me. I'm forever thankful to Josh for helping me. There was no xx, no negative comments about the car, it was great. Anyway, can't say enough good things about my experience there.
