What can I say, carmax is always great searched online found the car I liked and they shipped it to norco quickly. Norco was great, they had it ready for me, I’d alway prefer a nice detail on the wash but the car was as advertised. Exoress pick up was about 40 minutes only because I got there right when they opened otherwise great experience.

The agent Michael was very helpful. He helped me choosing my purchased car between The Beamer and Mercedes, I bought the BMW instead as he was his choice as well perpomance and interior, Roomy and the Car is in excellent condition, no issues and problem well maintained.

Tesla dealer has no paper contract for buyer to see and everything is digital. The representative had our address wrong on sales contract that we discovered in our online account 2 days after the delivery date. We tried to call the dealer and it was so difficult to get to a human. Finally went there in person to make an address correction. Now it is been one week and they told me today nobody looked into the request. Compared to traditional dealer, the tesla dealer has no service!
