Poor service from service dept. for the Rocklin Ca. location. We arrived at the service center to pick up our RV after some warranty work. At that time, they brought it out to us and this is what we found;
Please keep in mind this RV is only a year old;
Spare tire cover replaced with old worn out cover, they told me that it was normal wear, uh, I know what my spare tire cover looked like before I brought it in.
Batteries and battery boxes missing. ?
Inside RV left a mess from the repairs done.
Outside was supposed to have been washed, it wasn't and when mentioned to receptionist, she wanted to start an argument.
Plugs for bumper storage missing.
When service manager sent out to speak to me, he basically told me to stop calling his employees incompetent when obviously they are!!
He gave me a $100 gift card which I haven't used out of spite.
When I got the RV home, I discovered that mice had invaded and basically tore up everything in our drawers and cabinets.
Numerous follow up phone calls have been made to the "Service Manager" but no return calls have ever been recieved.
Apparently my RV had been parked out in the field behind the service center and used to replace parts on other RVS.
I was and still am shocked by the lack of responsibilty taken by the service dept. Everything was taken care of while I was there, but I was made to fell like the bad guy for even complaining. We still have had no response on the mice issue.
