It is the BEST service center we have ever been in our lives!!! In terms of staff knowledge and courteousness-topnotch. Will and Jeff went above and beyond to help us with our Mini Cooper brake pads. to make things more impressive, they CLEANED the car after the service. They notified us on time and did the best they could to help us with our concerns. If only Mini has a SUV, I would give up my Ford Explorer ST so I could avoid dealing with other service centers. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!

They have terrible customer service. Extremely unintelligible. They are very rude an unprofessional. A guy named Corey lied to my face an told me he would make sure my truck got taken car of. I called a few days later concerned that I haven't gotten a call about my truck, they had no idea where my truck was an denied it was even there. I absolutely hate Ed Wittmeier Ford Lincon me Mrcury dealership an ever single one of its employees. You guys suck an should all be fired!

Came in using silverock claim for my TPMS for 1st time w my 1st Mitsubishi purchased. Boys was my service manager. And Monica was the wonderful customer service lady that picked up and quickly scheduled my appointment.Boyd was very awesome. Explained the details as he went through the process using a claim. At the end, my TPMS was fixed and purchased new Mitsubishi wipers. Not pushy. Respectful and provide an expedited service to address my issue and provide knowledgeable recommended up coming service. Impressed with service and work. Plan to come back for future Mitsubishi needs!

I came for an oil change and tire rotation initially. After further inspection of my car, rear struts needed to be replaced and drive belt was cracked. I approved the services and was able to get out within 3 hours. Freddi was a great service advisor and I would recommend him to anyone. Been getting my car serviced since 2012. Thanks!
