I'm a big fan of AutoNation (formerly RepairSmith). I have a large van that is challenging to get service done on. Having them come to me and do the service in my driveway is a gamechanger! The technicians are thorough, fast and very nice. I never feel like I'm being upsold on additional products and appreciate their professionalism. The 4-Star rating (minus 1 star) is for the scheduling department and their inconsistent scheduling. I've been using this service for years and on multiple occasions I've either had to completely reschedule due to a no-show ("technician wasn't attached to my appointment"), or the tech has shown up in the very last minutes of a 5 hr time window. This inconsistency is a real problem and makes me question if I should try a competitor. Alas their technicians are so great I will likely stay the course.

Great customer service. Tyler was outstanding in resolving all issues and provided service that was second to none. The only issue I have with the dealership is that the wait to pick up the repaired vehicle is very long. At the end of the day, when most people pick up their cars, the dealership could do a better job of getting vehicles to their owners.

I bought a 2006 Pontiac Solstice at this dealership. I have had problems with the car with noise in the wheels, the cd player stopped working, the cup holder broke, the top was defective. I took the car in for the noise in the wheels three times and I actually got in an accident and GM has decided it was not their fault. I did not hit anything my car just lost control. I took in the car for the top like 3 times also. First they added a pad then they replaced the whole top then the hinges were malfunctioning. Today 2 years after my car 5 months after the accident the top is still leaking when it rains. The pinion is leaking also. I'm like I want a new car! I bought this car here at this dealer! They said we can give you GM's 800 number. I took it to GM. I tried to get a lawyer to fight this for me but since I have to bodily injury they don't see it worth their time. I'm left with GM the dealer and my insurance. I hope people learn from this. DONT BUY GM(AMERICAN) BUY FOREIGN!!!!
