I recently had my lease in the shop for 3 weeks following an accident. From start to finish, Cesar Rosales and Nick Xenos at Autonation Collision Center stayed on top of every detail. Initial contact was with Cesar: he squeezed me in, so I brought my car to him the same day I called. He provided a ballpark assessment and handled all the details with the insurance appraiser/claims department. Then, Nick Xenos and his team started on the body work quickly. Both of them kept me fully apprised every couple of days. In the end, the team delivered ahead of schedule and wow, my car looks amazing again! What a pleasure to witness customer service, professionalism, and pride of work at the highest caliber! This crew is doing things right! Thank you for a stellar experience.

I'm a big fan of AutoNation (formerly RepairSmith). I have a large van that is challenging to get service done on. Having them come to me and do the service in my driveway is a gamechanger! The technicians are thorough, fast and very nice. I never feel like I'm being upsold on additional products and appreciate their professionalism. The 4-Star rating (minus 1 star) is for the scheduling department and their inconsistent scheduling. I've been using this service for years and on multiple occasions I've either had to completely reschedule due to a no-show ("technician wasn't attached to my appointment"), or the tech has shown up in the very last minutes of a 5 hr time window. This inconsistency is a real problem and makes me question if I should try a competitor. Alas their technicians are so great I will likely stay the course.

I am the owner of a 2019 Cadillac XT4 sport. - Laura Ann

I am the owner of a 2019 Cadillac XT4 sport. I was involved in an auto accident in March of this year. The body shop had a hard time with the cooling fan and had to bring it to where I purchased the car. It went downhill from there and I Will never set foot in that place after being a customer for 18 years. They diagnosed that my car needed a wire harness and a module so my insurance refused the repairs as they claimed it was not caused by the accident. Body shop the took the car back and they decided to bring it to Cadillac of Marin in July. I had never heard of them and gave them permission. That was the best move of my life and for my car. I have never met a more dedicated staff in my life! And with the help of GM engineers we found out that the wrong fan was being ordered and didn’t coincide with the VIN number. Once the correct one was ordered everything worked just fine. I got my car back and was driving on the highway when the engine light came on and the car downshifted and in dropped from 65 mph to 40 mph. Then the service transmission light came on. When it got back to Cadillac of Marin they determined that the transmission was contaminated and it wasn’t by them. That still remains a mystery to this day but a new transmission was ordered and it was replaced. There were artillery a few more glitches but this service department never gave up and I didn’t even buy my car from them! They never dropped the ball and constantly kept me informed. Manny, Jeff, Ricky and Ulysses went out of their way and they also made sure I had a car to drive the last month that they had the car. There were three electric cars that kept getting exchanged as they were sold and the fourth car was a Cadillac XT6. I was so fortunate and grateful. This dealership is under renovation and yet they were still so professional, never any excuses but rather upfront and after seven long months, I picked up my car. It may be five years old as a model but now everything on the inside is brandy new with only 16,300 miles. But the kicker was when they told me that they needed one more day before I could pick it up. I thought oh now what? They said that they wanted to detail the car and what a detail job they did! It looked like it just came off the showroom floor . So what do you say about this dealership and all the guys that work there? You say they do their job with pride, they are dedicated to what they do, and care as well. They now have a customer for as long as I own my car and all I can say is Thank You So Much. When Ulysses handed me the key fob to my car, I cried . Never thought I was going to have that car again but they persevered. You are the best and keep doing what you are doing as obviously it works and is the way it should be.. I can’t thank all of you enough. And by the way, it never needed a wire harness and that service manager is no longer with the dealership where I purchased my car.

I did not catch his last name but J.R. in service was very helpful, courteous, friendly and took care of my needs as well as offering me a 3 oil change special for my Duramax which will save me a tremendous amount of money down the road. Everybody I ran into while at the dealership was very friendly. A female employee even opened the door for me! I have already recommended this dealership to friends and family and I will bring my truck back for all of its service needs in the future.

All I can say is I can't be more pleased with the customer service and work done at Woodland Motors. Richard in the service department, contacted me to let me know why my vehicle was having issues as well as what my warranty would cover. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. Then he took the time to go over the work invoice and answer any questions. This was the complete opposite experience I had with the Kuni Chevrolet service department. I went there first with the same issues. They did not submit the complete job to see what my warranty would cover. I was just told that the job was denied but was not given a reason. Then they told me I needed more than $3000 worth of work and seemed to be upset when I took my car home. I'm glad I decided to take my car to Woodland Motors to get a second opinion. Not only did they fix the issues I brought it in for, they submitted the complete job and found out the warranty would pay for 75% of the job. None of the issues that Kuni alleged were found by Woodland Motors. I left Woodland Motors paying around $600 which $200 of that was the deductible for the warranty. The other were things that were not covered as I had a limited warranty. Woodland Motors service department took care of the issue, saved me money and Richard gave me exceptional customer service. I'll never go to Kuni or recommend anyone to Kuni Chevrolet again. Because of Richard in the service department at Woodland Motors, they have my trust and a customer for life. Give them a try, it's worth the drive.

I was in for service recently to get an oil change, tire - KCM

I was in for service recently to get an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. My appointment was at 11:00. I arrived at 10:45 and didn't leave until 2:45. The service staff have a lackadaisical attitude and spent their time throwing things at each other and texting while I stood waiting for assistance. Throughout the four hours I waited, nobody seemed to act with any urgency. When I received my car, I was advised that several alignment values that were out of spec, but the machine just generates them that way. My car pulled to the left when I arrived, and pulled to the left when I drove a way. I have called the service writer five times, received one call back and no resolution to the issue. I called the service manager and have yet to receive a call back. Again, it's been two weeks and there has been no effort to contact me, pick up my vehicle and make things right, so the lack of urgency or concern is obvious. To be fair, my previous visits were not like this. I have always been taken care of and felt confident in the service provided. Now however, I'm not sure I will ever go back.
