They have failed us so many times. We have purchased three cars from them and the service department experience is the worst. I dread taking my car in for service. The clearly don't care about your your time or what time they give you. They are careless. They took our money and never completed the part and service we paid for. They have not contacted us to complete the order. This is the worst dealership I have ever used. There management still have not contacted about how they can complete our order that we is paid.

They sold me a lemon, customer service leaves more to be desired, and they don’t give out loaners. VW Customer Care gave me a refund on the car based on California's Lemon Law.

This is the worst service I have received in my 45 years of purchasing Cadillacs and having them serviced at a Cadillac dealership. Regardless of how one tries to speak with Supervisors and managers, they do not respond. The service writer who assisted me doesn't even know well known parts of the 2020 xt5 I took in for service. I had to physically show him what pipe lights on the doors and console were. MICHELIN TIRE WARRANTY Department told me Don, the assistant service manager never called them as agreed, after the warranty check. I had been in many times regarding loss of psi in all 4 tires as my monthly onstar emails show. DON SAID,"WE HAVE NO RECORD OF THAT." (REGARDING HAVING BEEN IN SO MANY TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM) They have refused to put my customer comments on the service paperwork,as the former dealership service department always did. They have no loaner cars any longer for vehicles taking more than a day to repair, which is on my sales contract and warranty. It is shameful that this Chevrolet dealer is also called a Cadillac dealer.

Not good service nor management handling. I went for a service because my airbag light was on and for an oil change. The quoted me $700 at the beginning when I dropped it off. The airbag light it turned out to be covered under the warranty and was suppose to be taken off from the charge. But George, who was my service advisor, add some service for a "dirty fuel" so that the charges doesn't go down. I never agreed to this service nor I requested it. For an oil change and front brake replacement they charged me $700. I emailed the manager there, Mr.Casillas, but he never responded to my emails. I tried calling him to give him feedback of my experience. He avoided my 6 phone calls and did not return any of them. After I finally got a hold of him to tell him about my experience, he said he will investigate and call me back later that day. 3 months passed since then, and he never called. Very bad service and management that overcharges and does not want costumers to return.

The dealership is very conveniently located. You can often get an appointment the same day. They staff is friendly and helpful. I was using Platinum Chevrolet- they were terrible. I now go to Victor and will buy my next car from them too.
