Sun roof would not close after being open - POTTER1

I drove into the Valencia Acura Service department without an appointment to ask for an estimate to repair whatever was wrong with my sun roof on my 2005 RL causing it to be stuck in the open position. The service guy asked if I had a few minutes and I said sure. He came back with a handheld computer gizmo, which he plugged in under my dash, then he did a quick diagnostic test, clicked a couple buttons, and unplugged the device saying "give it a try" - it worked !! Yay !! I asked how much did I owe him and he said "no charge, come back again." That was the best service experience ever!! Highly recommended!!!
