I can’t tell you enough about how wonderful the staff at Tustin Cadillac is. The main guy who makes us choose Cadillac service department over other mechanic shops in RUBEN! He is courteous, accommodating, professional and polite. I always had a great experience bringing in our cars. To be honest, the prompt and convenient services at Tustin Cadillac are one of the reason we are on our 3 cadillac! 😊 My car was picked up and dropped off from/to my house for an oil change and maintenance. Can’t ask for a better service.

They had the best customer service but today my husband forgot his oil change coupon And the wife could not find a current one to send to me. They did not honor the one I had. Last Wednesday night I needed to replace a light bulb in the left rear turn signal. This was something that could not wait until morning due to my wife having a Doctors appointment. early that morning. I discovered you were open until 7:30 PM and drove immediately to service in San Juan. Dorothy, your service agent not only got the necessary bulb for a cost of $3.93 but also replaced the burned out bulb in my suv.. I truly appreciate the extra mile she went and hope some recognition is given to this extraordinary women.
