Advisor was Danny G and he gave excellent service! He was able to get me in the same day and shuttle me to and from work without any inconvenience! However I did call after I noticed my slip didn’t have the correct phone and some lady answered and didn’t want to take a message and sent me to his voicemail. I called back and some gentlemen answered he took the message for me! Other than that everything was great! Oh also my shuttle driver has excellent driving skills! Thank you for the Facebook promotion price! SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

They got me in and out quickly. The young man who checked me in was friendly. They brought me my air filter to show me the condition and asked if I wanted to replace it. No pressure and was very nice to actually see it dirty instead of just being told it’s bad.

My Suzuki XL-7 had a recall for a pulley. I was referred to the shop by the National Suzuki recall center. I called the shop and was greeted warmly and efficiently. I made an appointment for a few days later. I drove down to Ventura (from San Luis Obispo). The whole procedure/repair took less than two hours, and was totally free. Free coffee, waiting room with a TV, nice!
