Always Excellent Service - Rock

I brought my car in for service - primarily to have a new set of tires put on. There were a couple of other issues I had questions about. My normal service adviser is J. J. Van Dongen, He and St. Claire Cadillac have always provided excellent service. They have been my dealership since 2011. Their advice and service has been super. I highly recommend them.

MY REVIEW REPORT CARD FOR GLENDALE STAR MAZDA IS A+ ON ALL POINTS LISTED BELOW with honorable mention to Nathon Madison *Service writers knowledgeable; problem solvers with technical aptitude *Transparent pricing (Cost per job- OEM & ASE expected @ dealership) *Customer Service equal priority (clean, happy, gracious, communicative) *Amenities (comfortable waiting areas with refreshment options, clean restrooms, comfortable temperature, shuttle service, loaners etc.) *Facility Operation clean, safe, organized and busy *Work warranty, parts guarantee, incentives, specials, considerations on a personal note: as this repair occurred during the 3rd year of a pandemic where it is known that parts are scarce and possibly OEM not available, and worker shortages & call-ins, there were some issues I experienced that were unexpected and I had to adjust my expectations accordingly. Mr. Nathon Madison sent me home in a loaner car then called me daily, sent me photos, did everything but hold my hand - and had I gone down there, I'm sure he would have. Once completed, some costs were absorbed where necessary, my car cleaned, vacuumed & Armor-All-ed tires! Exquisite!

We (our insurance and us) were ripped off!!! We brought our car, which was bought from them a couple of years ago (used), because it collected water inside the trunk and wet the back seat. They charged our insurance $2000 and we have to pay extra $375 out of pocket. Took the car home and brought to the car wash after a couple of days and then there’s water again. Brought it back to them and this time they are giving us a different diagnostic and said that it’s a wear and tear and will not be covered by insurance. They verbally quoted us between $1500 to $2000. We cannot afford that and decided to take the back, disassembled! Had to look for other mechanic to fix the problem and we were charged $400! Don’t deal with this dealership! They are out to take your money and not even fix the problem. So disappointed and upset!

Recently had an problem with a 2019 Accent (some fuel injection issue it would seem). I brought the car down to Stevens Creek Hyundai and had such a great experience with the whole process that I wanted to share it. Alma B in Service was helpful and easy to communicate with. She let me know that there was a recall item that they would handle at the same time. Alma kept me updated on the process (which went really quick, drop off to pick up). It was all covered under the warranty, and with a level of courtesy and professionalism I've not before experienced at ANY dealership. Thank you Alma B !

I am updating my prior 5-star review for service at the Stevens Creek KIA for our first Sorento back in October 2017. We have since gotten a second Sorento, and we will continue with doing all of our maintenance through the dealership. We have found our experiences with the service department to be excellent, each and every visit. It is always easy to schedule a convenient appointment. Daniel and Lizzette are very knowledgeable and I appreciate that they have been able to aid us in keeping our Sorento maintained without paying for unnecessary service. With COVID, we have been working from home and driving far less than before. I’ve had my Sorento for a year and I haven’t even hit 9k miles. Even though the schedule called for a 15k interval service, Lizzette recommended the usual maintenance service of oil change and tire rotation. She even applied the online coupon price for me! I also appreciate that the Service Department is taking so many precautions to keep customers and their employees safe. Everyone is always wearing masks properly, and they always return a clean car to me. 5 stars!
