Service advisor Perla Soto of the service department did a wonderful job at taking care of my TLX from every step of the way from maintenance to doing anything to reassuring me about any and all concerns. She did her absolute best and I will always return to her for any and all concerns for my vehicle. She was able to easily arrange a loaner car for me especially when other dealerships couldn't even get me an estimate on when a loaner would be available. She definitely made going to a dealer an easy choice and returning to one an even easier choice!

I took my car in for service because my car battery had been consistently dying for a couple of weeks and continued to not start with a jump even after I replaced the battery. An electrical specialist at my mechanic said he could not find the source of the draw and the car needed to go into the dealer. He thought the repair might be the main computer brain of the car. The service advisor Michelle listened carefully to my troubled history and said she had an idea. She went out to look at the lock on the car door and discovered it had been tampered with which she said will make the computer cycle the lock on and off thereby draining the battery and the power consistently. She recommended replacing the lock which I did and the problem is solved! Her astute thinking and knowledge of cars that she has seen with similar issues saved me a lot of time and money and my car was in repair for less than a day.

Robin Anderson was not the best service manager. She promised updating me on my car a month or so ago and still no update. Funny thing is after a complaint, all of a sudden I get angry words from her. This dealership group needs to retrain their staff or discipline them. They lie and do not keep their word. Very sloppy and poor customer service

The worst dealership to have your MDX or any other car service there, specially on the Saturday, appointment means nothing, ask you to sit in my car after 40 minutes walked in and asked if they take my car now with the appointment I made 2 weeks ago for oil change and tire rotation how long is it going to be before I get t back, 6 hours! Thanks no thanks , I made an appointment with Putnam Acura ASAP. Very unhappy buyer of MDX and former service client. Never again.
