My husband and I had FUN buying our car. We visited so may dealerships that pressured and frustrated us. Jim Manning Dodge respected us and showed us what we wanted. They also went out of their way to make us happy.

So we went through the process of buying a car (ie credit pull, etc). It wasn’t until the very end, after I signed everything, that they say “oh sorry we got the wrong car, the car you want costs 10k more”...even though we test drove that car to the front with the representative and they told us the MSRP three times. Bottom line, do not get your car from here. The sales guys are idiots, and the owner is a sleezebag and they do this to get you hooked on a car and then do the bait and switch later.

Stoneridge Chrysler Dodge sold first a RAM truck to my mentally disabled son, and then when he returned it 3 days later, sold him a Dodge Durango, which after finding out what he did, I also returned the Dodge Durango to the dealership. The dealership refuses to provide a copy of the contracts he signed, because they say, the "Dealership Principal" will not approve it. In the process my family has lost over $40,000.00 to the dealership, and we have nothing to show for it. They took advantage of my son's disability, and now refuse to even cooperate in resolving this outrage. I will pursue legal action. HD

I have purchased several cars fom Pearson Buick. I always bring my Buicks to Pearsn for repairs because I know the job is done right. John Yabara in the service department took great care of my last Buick LaCross such that it looked new after 10 years of lots of miles. I just bought a new Verano and John Gautreau and Jim Sanchez in sales were the best at getting me through the training on all the new features, I'm going to love this car just as I did the last ones. Great job guys, fabulous crew..
