I hope my complete comment is shown: My 2019 Escalade - Bst1050615

I hope my complete comment is shown: My 2019 Escalade was serviced on 1/28/26. Yesterday, 2/13/26, approximately 5:30 pm, I was driving uphill on Antonio Parkway. Another driver alongside, started non stop honking his horn at me, as in trying to tell me something was wrong. I was hesitant but rolled down the passenger side window. Appropriately yelling, he said my tire was loose and about to fall off!! I immediately became very nervous and upset but kept my cool. I quickly thanked him, he continued uphill. Putting on my hazard lights, I made a u-turn and slowly made my way downhill to Ortega Hwy and turned right at the stoplight. I drove until I got to Rancho Viejo Rd and turned into the shopping center. I called Allen Cadillac, Laguna Niguel and was transferred to someone who I explained my emergency to. I don’t remember his name but he was helpful and told me, do not drive the truck further, have the truck towed there, leave the keys in the drop box and they would handle the rest. I called AAA to have it towed there. Dunnivan’s Towing arrived shortly. I explained what happened to the tow truck driver. He thoroughly, checked out all 4 tires. At that point, said he did not see anything wrong!! He then decided to double check all tires. By jacking up the truck, he found out what was going on. He said the spare tire was loose and was about to come crashing off!! I was so very happy and relieved he found out what was going on. He said, a serious, dangerous accident could have occurred had the tire fell off in traffic!! The thought of it is appalling!! That said, WHO ALL worked on my truck, was responsible for double checking that the work done was safely completed that day and what is going to be done about it? It was quite a day yesterday but gratefully, I was able to finish some of my errands, and safely make it back home. I live and drive every day in a very hilly part of town. Having a safe truck to drive is why I pay for and have a maintenance agreement. I’m calling Allen Cadillac, Laguna Niguel to update the office and to hear what they have to say about it now.

Billy was amazing! - jrluvsmileyc

Billy was amazing! Super friendly, respectful and 1000% honest. I am a Senior Manager for a top sales company and I normally play the dunce when I shop but I do my own thorough research and Billy was completely honest, exactly what I look for when I hire. That said the dealer was very clean and had a great variety of vehicles.

Justin, Jon and the Internet department were great. - Jason T.

I’ve called asking for my Service records three times... - CTSboy18

I’ve called asking for my Service records three times already and no one has gotten back to me! They didn’t fix my car correctly so I had to take it to another dealership!

Excellent customer service. - sayeed0583

Excellent customer service. Manager Michael, sales person IRIS even the finance manager Musab they all are helpful. Highly recommend for friends and families

Ellie K. - JRodela06

Ellie K. helped me through the purchase process when I found the perfect Escalade for my mom. She sent pictures because the website had not been updated, I drove over an hour to check out the Cadillac. Went over numbers and trade, the following week my mom had her well deserved Escalade Platinum. Some issues arose on the way home and Ellie scheduled me in right away with a loaner to check out the warnings. Some things could have been better since there were immediate issues(l understand buying a used vehicle), but overall a positive experience during the purchase process.

2015 CADILLAC SRX CERTIFIED - Joe

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. Purchased a certified vehicle from the 1 month later paint is coming off of it and the dealership will not help us. Poor customer service and overall experience was garbage.

Very Good Service. I like to honesty and fairness - Boris R Lopez

This was one of my best experience buying a car. All the sales team was very knowledgeable about the car and its features. I will definitely will recommend them to my friends.

I have always had great service and experience at Sierra - KLF

I have always had great service and experience at Sierra Motors in Jamestown. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them.

Always Excellent Service - Rock

I brought my car in for service - primarily to have a new set of tires put on. There were a couple of other issues I had questions about. My normal service adviser is J. J. Van Dongen, He and St. Claire Cadillac have always provided excellent service. They have been my dealership since 2011. Their advice and service has been super. I highly recommend them.

I was shopping around for a Cadillac and I ended up going - slcontact21

I was shopping around for a Cadillac and I ended up going with his dealership because I was fortunate enough to find someone like Avia Yin to help me with my purchase. She made it straightforward and smooth from start to finish. I made a custom order online for an Escalade and sent her the trim/options I wanted. She didn't make any promises, but she said it'll get here in 4-6 months but only took 3 months! If you're looking to purchase a Cadillac, I'll save you the trouble of shopping around, just look for Avia Yin at this dealership. She's the best.

Renick Cadillac will Close in May 2018 - Filigif

We, over the years, have leased 10 cadillacs at Renick. Don Holte and Steve Weddle were the BEST!!!!!! The only good Customer Service Rep left is Lou. Avoid Mark at all costs. Service is bad, slow and unlike all the years of Renick in their history. Renick Cadillac ceases to exist by end of May 2018. Before escrow closes, research and find your next Cadillac dealership/service group.

I’m pretty disappointed with the experience I had with - Mgarcia

I’m pretty disappointed with the experience I had with the service department at Kellar Motors. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30 AM expecting it to be looked at within a reasonable timeframe. After waiting 5–6 hours, my car still had not even been serviced. When I asked about the delay, I was told that I needed an appointment, even for a simple oil change. This was frustrating because that requirement isn’t posted anywhere in the service department or on their website, so there was no way to know that ahead of time. What made the situation worse was that I didn’t receive any updates during the entire time I was waiting. If appointments are required, especially for basic services like an oil change, that should be clearly communicated to customers up front so they can plan accordingly. I hope management looks into this and improves the communication process for customers. I’d be happy to update this review if the situation is addressed.

Outstanding Customer Service: I had the pleasure of - msnormaguzman

Outstanding Customer Service: I had the pleasure of working with Ameed Hussein, Service Advisor, and I cannot thank him enough for the support he gave me throughout my entire vehicle repair process. From start to finish, Ameed was incredibly communicative, patient, and thorough in explaining every step. Even though AAA caused the damage and made things difficult, Ameed went above and beyond to coordinate everything with my vehicle warranty so the repairs could be handled properly. What stood out the most was how much he took the time to educate me on the process, making sure I felt informed and reassured instead of overwhelmed. He truly advocated for me and made a stressful situation so much more manageable. I am extremely grateful for his professionalism, dedication, and kindness. If you ever find yourself needing someone who will genuinely look out for you and guide you through the repair and warranty process, Ameed is the one you want by your side. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I left my new car to fix it early and I did not receive - Jes_rue

Fast and Helpful - Griff

By far, the most enjoyable car purchasing experience I've ever experienced was made possible by Benia Mangini and Billy McGill. They paid attention to my needs and exceeded expectations.

They were great when I just purchased my XT4. - FRII

They were great when I just purchased my XT4. I had a hard time deciding between XT4 and XT5 - but Alex was very patient and understanding! Same with Finance - Rich and Vic were informative and pleasant! Not to forget Jimmy that handled my trade-in. I can truly recommend them!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! - garamos0411

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! From start to finish, the entire team was professional and efficient. My advisors were incredibly helpful and kept me informed, and the technicians did a fantastic job. To top it all off, they went the extra mile by washing my car before handing back the keys. It’s that kind of attention to detail that keeps me coming back. Everything was perfect!

Agreed Price in Writing Not Honored — Buyer Beware I - Traveller

Agreed Price in Writing Not Honored — Buyer Beware I recently visited Fremont Cadillac dealership to purchase a used CPO Cadillac. After negotiating and receiving the agreed price in writing, the dealership increased the base price two days later with no explanation or prior notice. On top of that, they attempted to bundle in an unnecessary $2,000 GPS add-on — a feature that is standard on every modern cars. When I raised the issue, the previously agreed and documented price was not honored. I walked away from the purchase as a result. I would caution other buyers to scrutinize all add-ons carefully and understand that written agreements made here may not be honored. I chose to take my business elsewhere.

BAIT AND SWITCH BEWARE!!!! IF U DEAL WITH THEM GET IT IN... - shiraaz787

BAIT AND SWITCH BEWARE!!!! IF U DEAL WITH THEM GET IT IN WRITING DONT BE LIKE ME THINKING ITS CADILLAC AND THEY WILL HONOR THEIR WORD!!! JUST A TYPICAL DEALER TRYING TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK AND NOT CARING ABOUT THEIR BRAND OR EITHICS Allow me to explain my Experience.. first and foremost this has nothing to do with the 2 sales guys who helped me, Rob ( previous employee) and Minh who were both great and kept me in the loop through the whole process. I'll start at the very beginning. Back in January 2021 my wife and I decided to buy an Escalade. We went to Woodland, Roseville and Epic... all the sales people were great. We decided to go with Epic because of the way we were treated there by Rob not being pushy or anything. As everyone knows there is a shortage of Escalades and all of them had mark ups. Back in January 2021 dealers were like if you order it, you don't pay mark up. So finally we decided in the beginning of march to place an order for the Escalade ESV. We knew that going with Epic we would have to wait a little longer since they were a smaller Franchise but we still went with them because of the great customer service we received from Rob. So we placed the order and Rob kept us updated on available Escalades but they always had a mark and Rob would tell us if you wait for yours there is no markup. About 2 month or so later we stopped hearing back from Rob. Few weeks after that we decided to call and see what's going on. we found out Rob no longer works there and they set us up with a new Sales guy Minh who by the way was also great. He would always call when an Escalade was available that a customer decided not to purchase and would tell me there would be a markup on it around $5k-15k. I would get the same answer if I wait for the one we order there wont be a markup. this happened for a few months and Finally Dec 7th I got a message that our order was finally being built but it no longer had Supercruise and automatic steps. We thought about it and even though it wasn't built the way we wanted it, we decided on getting it. so I told Minh lets start the paperwork and send me some numbers. I filled out the credit app. and they sent me the numbers and I noticed there was a $10k mark up. so I called Minh and he apologized about it but said that management is marking up everything and he couldn't do anything about it. I asked him when will the GM be there so I can talk to him he said Friday (Today), so I made the 45 min drive to go talk to him. I arrived met Minh and again super nice guy understood my frustration and said I spoke to my manager he said they will drop it to a $5k Mark up I explained to Minh that at this point this isn't about the Money its about what was said/promised to me when I placed the order which was I wouldn't pay a mark up. If I had to pay a markup I would of bought months ago and got exactly what I wanted instead of settling for one that isn't even built to what I wanted. Minh understood my concern and called on what I'm guessing was the manager named Sean he came and told me the same thing that well u ordered a 2021 and getting a 2022 so we have to charge you a markup. I explained to him that even though its a 2022 its not coming with what I ordered and yet I'm still willing to buy it for MSRP I'm not asking for a discount I'm just asking for what 3 people in your store told me (including the person who took my deposit) he said that the normal markup is 10k and I can do for you is $5k. I again explained my concern that u guys told me 10 months ago that I wasn't going to pay a markup if I waited, which only to find out I have to pay a markup... he then said I haven't sold an escalade for MSRP and don't plan on doing it. I told him so if you guys aren't going to honor and what 3 people in your dealership have been telling me for months then I'm not buying it. He said no problem we can return your deposit. In summary this management would not honor what they told me and didn't care whether I bought or not. Unfortunately when I made the deposit I didn't get anything in writing thinking I'm buying a Cadillac, so the dealership would be professional and that I'm dealing with a luxury car company only to find out they are the same as the rest. All I can say is if you decide to purchase anything from hear or order any vehicles get it in writing or they will bait and switch you after 10 months of patiently waiting

My experience working with Nate Medel at Giant Chevrolet - James

My experience working with Nate Medel at Giant Chevrolet was outstanding. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Nate treated me with respect, listened to what I was looking for, and never made me feel pressured. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, transparent throughout the process, and always available when I had questions. What impressed me most was how hard he worked to make sure I was comfortable with my decision and satisfied with the entire purchase experience. In today's market, it's not always easy to find a salesperson who combines professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service, but Nate did exactly that. He made the process smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. Based on my experience, I would recommend Nate to anyone shopping for a vehicle. He earned my trust and delivered a level of service that exceeded my expectations.

I called the dealership to go over purchasing a new - jfinancial

I called the dealership to go over purchasing a new Cadillac Lyriq. They stated that they currently had zero in stock and I would have to order. A new Cadillac dealership should have a Cadillac inventory to purchase.

the Service manager John Chappell and his crew are all... - sky62

the Service manager John Chappell and his crew are all top notch, knowledgeable, and a experienced crew. they have been keeping our family, 91 Eldorado, on the road for as many years now. always straight up and honest about what are car needs and how much it will cost, once the problem is diagnosed. sometimes fixing simple stuff on the spot, if time permits. with older cars, like are families Eldorado, the experienced staff can recall the problems that come up with the old cars. they also seem to be up to date and well informed on the newest technologies. great group of guys, I always enjoy talking with them.I don't think your going to find a better dealership, around, with this kind of quality service department. keep up the good work guys, Schuyler
