We went to purchase a new car and had an awful experience. After making us wait for 30 minutes, we were told the salesman we were working with - Mark - was out sick. We were then told the SUV we were going to purchase had been sold that morning. They proceeded to try and sell us models with fewer features in colors we didn't want and told us we were getting a great deal. The sales team is unethical and untrustworthy. There are better dealers in Memphis, Fayetteville and Dallas.
