Steer clear of Bale Collision Downtown on Cross St. It has been extremely difficult to just get a status update and you have to deal with their infamously rude manager Andy Roberts. They have had my truck since 2/7 and repairs were supposed to begin 2/10. They are now telling me my truck will not be ready until approximately 3/7! Unacceptable for the amount of damage done. I spoke with three different people about what had been done so far and they all had different answers. Andy finally stated he did not want to work on it so I am arranging to have it towed somewhere else.

Brought in 06 Rio for airbag recall. What was quoted as a 1 hour job by the manufacturer took the service department 3. My vehicle was returned to me with numerous scratches in the interior and plastic coverings that were not returned to their original place. I immediately contacted Bale Kia upon noticing this and left a message which was not returned for 4 days. My call was eventually returned by managers whom were both rude and uninterested in compensating fuel costs for a return trip to the service department despite their poor work. I decided to cut my losses and take my Kia elsewhere for repairs to avoid dealing with subpar service and disrespectful management. I have no intention of returning to their service department or making purchases from their establishment so I asked multiple times to be removed from all contact lists. They still insist on calling regularly despite my requests.
