I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT HOPE AUTO, I WENT IN THINKING I PROBABLY WOULDN'T GET APPROVED FOR ANYTHING BECAUSE I'VE BEEN TURNED DOWN IN THE PAST BY OTHER CAR LOTS BUT I WANTED TO GIVE IT A TRY ANYWAY AND IM GLAD THAT I DID !! WHEN I WENT INSIDE THEY WHERE VERY FRIENDLY I WAS GREETED AND ASK IF I NEEDED ANY HELP CANDY LEE HELPED ME GET APPROVED FOR A 2016 CHEVY MALIBU PRICED AT 13000 WITH 58,000 MILES FOR 310 A MONTH WITH A 1000 DOWN PAYMENT. I ALSO HAD MY TWO DAUGHTERS WITH ME AND THE STAFF WHERE GOOD WITH THEM WHILE I DID MY PAPERWORK THEY OFFERED SNACKS AND DRINKS I 100% RECOMMEND HOPE AUTO AND CANDY LEE AS YOUR SALESMAN SHE IS NOT PUSHY AND DID EVERYTHING I WANTED AND MORE #THANKSHOPEAUTO

Tyler Ford advertised a used truck I was interested in. When I contacted the salesperson she told me it had been taken to the shop for repairs and she would let me know when it was ready. She never got back to me. Over the next several weeks I followed up, but got the same story. Finally, the truck appeared back on the lot one day. When I inquired with the finance manager about the truck, he said the owner put a lot into it and decided to keep it for himself. He took my number and told me he would have the owner contact me. I still have not heard from anyone. The salesperson knew this truck originally belonged to my grandfather and that it had sentimental value, but apparently that wasn't important. I would think twice before dealing with Tyler Ford. Customers just don't seem very important to them.
