Drove a hour to get to this place to see and hopefully buy a car. The salesman that we spoke with on the phone was in the building but would not come out and speak with us. Instead another salesman did. To top it off the car that was overpriced we was looking at had no AC when we test drove and the sunroof did not work. Would not recommend this place.

Terrible service dept. Had my vehicle for almost 7 weeks, they never called me to give me any updates. I called about 3 times a week and was told by service mgr. that they were putting motor back together and would be ready probably that afternoon. I was told that for 3 weeks. Finally, I phoned the general manager and car was ready the next day. I was told it would cost about 5000 I asked if it was more to contact me before work was done no phone calls and total repair was 8400. Horrible customer service. Service Dept is terrible

Again i needed to have repairs done on my toyota tacoma, and again i dropped my vehicle off at the dealer, for those repairs. Every time i use this shop, im never given a status of my vehicle, it takes them forever to do the work requested, ive never gotten my vehicle on the day it was dropped off. NEVER, they have kept my vehicle two days for a brake inspection.
