On July 20, 2024, we purchased a 2020 Four Winds 27R - Michael

On July 20, 2024, we purchased a 2020 Four Winds 27R Class C motor home from La Mesa RV in Sanford, FL Over all in the appearance was in good shape. We discovered that after we left the gate about a mile away from the dealership we found right turn signal out. Called them and they said they would fix it. I was furnished a link to the manual it was approximately 600 pages. I called Thor and asked if I could get one, it was going to be $600.00. We spoke to the sales manager and he said that he would print one. Other issues are a Spare Tire with mount, Coach battery was had black duck tape on the cover of the awning. I decided to get there legal department involved and we came to terms and they did compensate us for those issues. On February 12, 2024, I took the Motor home in for servicing. I received a call from the service center they said everything looks good but the tire need to be replaced because they are dry rotted all were passed the 5 year mark., Dry Rot just does happen in 7 months they just disguised the tires with tire shine and RV molding lubricant. I believe they are just water stains on both side. (Needs to be checked) We do want you to add a bead of caulk on the front of the drip edge all the way around 2. We noticed a spot in the shower (See pictures) it could be a water stain or a little leak. But that’s what we need looked at. Completed 4. A power vent w/a max guard cover. Both ceiling vents Bedroom and Kitchen area. 5. Maintenance says due for oil change Never Preformed 6. Full tank of gas Completed 7. Need pictures of Awning extended, roof and Battery compartment. Never Preformed 8. Tires check for out of balance or front end alignment there was a vibration in the front end. Never Checked If they replaced the tires would have fixed the problem****And inspected them**** 9. Wasp vents guards/Screen UNKNOWN 10. Check all window coverings UNKNOWN 11. 22 minutes ago New Highly recommend not doing any business here. Bought a unit. Said one price when it was said and done a different price was paid by 10k difference, and I did not notice the paperwork. I trusted them. Also, had a lot of custom work done on a unit more than 15k worth, Half of the electrical connections were loose and caused a lot of issues. Even the hot lead to the solar charge controller was left completely loose. The really large connections connecting battery banks shrink-wrapped without being crimped, and the main lead ground lead on an inverter. Left completely loose. Other connections that were loose as well, including the main fuse link. The loose wire on the charge controller smoked It, photo is included. I was informed they're not going to stand behind it or do anything about it. I was offered five hundred dollars for my troubles. Wires left hanging out underneath. The amount of issues with this are unbelievable. I paid them over five thousand in labor. I'm having to take legal action against them soon. Once they have their money, they're no longer concerned about the customer. Buyer beware.

Awesome, location. Great customer service, and follow-up. James, (owner) extremely knowledgeable about his inventory. He stood by his word, and treated both myself and wife with such respect. Is not high pressure to buy there RV's (unlike bigger RV stores). Prices are fantastic and got a great deal on a used Class C and great offers on our trade-ins. Would highly recommend to buy here before the big RV stores.

Do not buy here and do not take your RV or camper here for maintenance work. This has been a disaster. We had our camper a little over a month and took it out on 2 short trips, overnight for the first run to work out any kinks and 2 nights the second time. Well our slide out started scraping the ceiling and the toilet was leaking water on the floor. So we took our brand new camper back to them for maintenance work. Told it should only take 2 weeks. They didn't even contact the manufacturer during the "2 weeks" to authorize the work, we know because with their run arounds we called the manufacturer ourselves and found out apparently we aren't the only ones who have called to figure out what's taking so long. Took them months to get the manufacturer what they needed to approve the work. Supposedly because they only have 1 maintenance approved worker! Are you kidding me! Took them 4 months before we finally got our camper back today only to find the brand new toilet they installed stained with xxxx and xxxx and xxxx all over the seat 🤬 our black water tank 1/3 full which we flushed, rinsed and emptied before taking it to them. Who knows what that nasty worker did in our camper. And the only thing they can tell us is "they have no explanation for that" are you kidding me! We will be calling the manufacturer to let them know the kind of work this place does and possibly taking this further. They don't care about this and are doing nothing but running my husband's complaint to the manager. We will not be taking our camper back to them and will contact Grand Design for a new manufacturer warranty approved place to take it for any further work. We will also make sure everyone knows to stay clear of this place. Completely unacceptable and disgusting.

In April 2024 my wife and I purchased a Class A RV (Forest River Georgetown) from the Blue Compass dealer in Prescott Arizona. This is my second Forest River product and 7th RV including 2 other Class A's over the past few decades. Dealers, of course, want to make money and RV's are prone to problems, but these Blue Compass people have clearly lost their moral compass. First you should be aware that any reviews you read about them were probably coerced. How it works is, they bribe you by telling you you can get $100 off their parts and merchandise if you write a review. They then stand and watch you write the review and you send it through them before it goes live on the internet. If you see a good review of them by me or anyone else it was probably the result fo blackmail. Once we drive away the Georgetown it immediately began to fall apart. It's now a few weeks later and among other things: the microwave died and had to be totally replaced, the main cabin slide broke a cable and ended up hanging out of the wall, we lost power on half of the coach, we have had flooding in two places inside the RV, the front dashboard literally flew up while I was driving obstructing my view, and (my personal favorite) the refrigerator LITERALLY FELL OUT OF THE WALL! Now this rig was "completely serviced top to bottom" according to Blue Compass. I have not even mentioned the little things like having to have the entire black water system flushed as there was so much buildup it started stinking so bad we couldn't sleep. I am writing this on the floor of the RV waiting to pay yet another repair person hundreds of dollars as he is working to replace the slide cable. I'm an experienced RVer and I know things go wrong and sometimes you get a lemon. Blue compass, however, clearly knew about at least some of the problems with this RV and sold it anyway. There is something nasty about this organization. I would never go near a Blue Compass dealer again and suggest you don't either!

A) I'm not 100% sure the dealer available in your survey drop down is the same dealer I reached out to. AutoBossMotors.com. Is that the same thing as Auto Boss RV? So, first off, bad survey experience here. B) AutoBossMotors.com never got back to me about the car I expressed interest in. Are they swamped? Is the car I reached out about no longer available? Is it a bait and switch? That would require a switch. But anyway, The lack of anything reflects poorly on AutoBossMotors.com and on Cars.com. I've taking my interest elsewhere.

High integrity and honesty - BobTheBuilder

Our 5th wheel was destroyed and we were desperately looking for a similar replacement without much luck. I finally located what appeared to be a pristine BH 3670RL at Landon's RV in Mesa for a fair asking price. I immediately called and told the sales person, Josh VanVaukenburg, our situation and that I wanted it. I still work full time plus having to deal with insurance and unload the destroyed unit. It was all totally consuming to the point I could not travel to Mesa to see the unit. I told Josh I would buy it sight unseen, wanted them to install a bedroom AC, do a thorough inspection and deliver it. When I told him I was still dealing with insurance but could go ahead and send a substantial deposit since I wanted them to start immediately, his response was if I trusted him he trusted me and I didn't need to send a deposit! By the end of the next day they had worked all day, had the AC in and were taking care on truly nit picking items. Josh did a long walk through video he posted for us that was amazing in detail. He was also very responsive to all phone calls and emails. I am highly pleased with Josh and Landon's. I believe they are meticulous and of high integrity and have no qualms about trusting them.
