My husband and I came in and Laurie Bolanos was our sales person. She was very dishonest and extremely pushy. It was the worst car buying experience we have ever had. Laurie told us the absolute best rate we could get was 8.9% anywhere she said. We ended up buying at Camelback Ford and got 6.9%. She kept calling our phones after telling her numerous times to stop and even made a pass over the phone at my husband! Stay away from Laurie Bolanos at Rodeo Ford!

I was told I would receive a call back, but it never happened. I called them, and I'm guessing they were busy. I was told I would get a call back, but nothing.

Still getting excuses from them and the run around. Called the owner. Did absolutely no good. Been a customer since 1989, won’t be returning. They have gone down hill drastically. Used to be a good place but no more.

I just picked up my new 2026 F350 6.7 4x4 Lariat today and couldn't be more pleased. Oro Ford made this entire process very easy and their pricing was THOUSANDS of dollars less expensive than the several other Ford dealers I contacted. Danny Johnson did a great job and provided lots of help during the truck build and buy process! I will definitely purchase my next Ford from Oro Ford.

In October 2022, we bought a 2018 Ford Raptor from a - cruiser_nancy

In October 2022, we bought a 2018 Ford Raptor from a small car dealership. It had 75,000 miles on it. We bought an extended warranty with the truck. At the end of May/June 2023, the truck went into limp mode on my way home, from out of town. We had the truck towed to Anderson Ford Kingman. Lacie Korson, Assistant Service Manager handled all the details for getting the truck repaired. As it turned out, the engine had to be replaced! Since it is a Raptor, every thing is more expensive. We have the extended warranty through ASC Warranty. This company was the easy one we have ever worked with. Lacie did all the contact with them and they contacted me via text with the status of the repair. The only thing they did not pay for was taxes, diagnostic, filter and fluids and there was no deductible. Lacie kept me informed as to the status. If I did have to call her and she didn't answer, I would leave a message and she would call me back, usually the same day. We had zero problems with Kingman Ford. I was skeptical after reading some of these reviews, but the latest one was from a year ago. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for service or buying a vehicle.

Singlehandedly the worst car buying attempt I've ever had and I've bought about 30 cars from many different places. The manager was the most combative and argumentative I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He has the "my way, or no way attitude". When I would point out things that other dealers were doing he'd just ignore me or deflect. Very disrespectful and condescending. I'm used to having to do a little back forth but never had someone be so dismissive and treat me like I he could care less if I bought from them. I could not recommend buying from them. But being a typical 80s style car dealer I'm sure he would say I'm the difficult one because it couldn't be him.
