Worst service department I have ever dealt with! Dropped off the truck the last of September, 3 1/2 MONTHS later I had the dealership just put it back together for me to come get it. When I dropped it off there were no check engine lights on and the truck just had a slight rough idle. When I finally got my truck back nothing was fixed, the check engine lights was on and there is a gas leak somewhere that fill the cab full of fumes while driving. Certainly a far worse truck coming out of the shop than it was going in the shop. Absolutely horrible communication from the dealership through the entire process of incompetent mechanic work. Finally, I’m disappointed for sure, I have a truck in worse shape and Swickard has close to $5000.00 for screwing up my truck worse than it was!!!!! Ken Arney 918-913-1827
