I'm here from Florida visiting my daughter, who recently moved to Birmingham Alabama. I depend on my Chevy Navigation system completely. We were heading for the Riverchase Mall when my digital screen went BLACK..No radio..No view on my screen for the navigation system but I could hear the directions. My grandson googled the nearest Chevy dealer with his phone..Edwards. We were 1 mile away..God is good! I met Scott in the Service Dept. He was very busy but took the time to resolve my issue & send me off to the mall. THANK YOU SCOTT for going above & beyond to take the time out of your busy day to help a loyal Chevy owner..You are sir.... " the BOMB!!" I won't forget how nice you treated us.
