Took my Kia Soul to Crown Kia to have warranty work done on it. It was done in a very timely manner. Will gladly be going back for all my service work.

I caught this dealership trying to cheat me on 3 separate occasions...today was the latest time when they tried to charge me $391 for a $176 part. They charge $50 an hour labor by the way. After much unpleasant discussion I now have my car fixed and they only marked the part up 74% instead of the 222% they were going to charge me....Let the buyer beware. I have been faithful to this dealership....wouldnt let anyone touch my car but them and 3 times thay tried to cheat me. I dare them to deny it...Ill own a new car then for nothing. I am also writing our states Attourney General and printing a public notice in the Alexander City Outlook regarding these practices.

I just called this place to get work done on my 2018 Mazda 3 and do you know what these goofs said? "We don't have any technicians that are licensed to work on Mazda's. You are going to have to go to Gulfport or Pensacola." Ummmm... huh? You are the Mazda dealership but you can't do anything besides change the oil? Baffling...

Joe Gilliland saved me a ton of $ by pointing out that my non working window was covered under warranty when I thto it was not covered. My wife took the car in & had a very pleasant experience. They even washed her car when they finished. In my book Joe deserves a raise! L.D. Meredith
