My initial experience with this dealership was horrible. Shannon and Thomas are service writers at this location and their customer service and professionalism are far below sub-par. After three months of calling, stopping by, sending emails etc and neither of them returning my call regarding replacing the parking brake cable (which they had the part for) on my vehicle. If my last interaction with this dealership was with either of them, I would not go back and would file a complaint with Ford. Having said that I attempted one more time to get the needed repairs done. When I walked in the service department Kayla met me with a smile and instantly got me in front of the service manager to resolve this issue. I met with Scott (the service manager) and after explaining how his staff behaved towards me insured that the needed repairs would be done two days later and we scheduled an appointment. The driver Ron was very pleasant as well. Kayla made the drop off and pick up process a breeze. Each time I was there she met me with a smile, handshake and paperwork. She maintained excellent communication during the entire process. I would like to give Sons a five-star rating because of my final interaction with them. However, it did still take three months and a lot of headache and annoyance to get a three-hour repair done. In the end Kayla and Scott went above and beyond to improve my experience. I would recommend this service department but I would not recommend dealing with Thomas or Shannon. Not sure how they still have a job there.
