Great customer service. - shellhornblues

Great customer service. No pressure sales. Mason Johnson is hands down the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He knew EVERYTHING about the Palisade we bought. He went over all the features and answered every question throughly. All the staff was friendly and accommodating and the offices and showroom were spotless.

My experience at the Hyundai Tuscaloosa was very enjoyable. Richard Sharp assist me several years ago after a car accident. He worked so hard to help me to get a car that I decided to return back to do a trade. He assist me in trading a 2023 Hyundai Elantra. It’s time for my vehicle’s oil change again, but I’m - JoAnn Raybon

It’s time for my vehicle’s oil change again, but I’m hesitant about taking it to Hyundai of Dothan. The last 2 times I took my Palisade to them, I had to wait 4 hours! (I always make an appointment prior to taking it to them) Nobody came to the waiting room to let me know when they finished; I was tired of waiting so long, so I walked into the service department to check on it myself and was told it was ready to go and my keys were in my Palisade. Pleaseee keep your customers informed so they don’t have to wait for such a long time!

A few weeks ago, we decided we needed to trade our 2020 - JerryD

A few weeks ago, we decided we needed to trade our 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe for a newer model. We drove to the "Hyundai of the Shoals", and we were greeted by a salesperson named Samantha (Sam). Sam asked us what we might be interested in. We told her we would like to upgrade our Santa Fe to a newer model. The car's exterior looked great, but with our two dogs, the interior felt a little tight, so we had her roll out a Palisade. Of course, we had several questions regarding mileage, serviceability, options, and cost. She was exceptional at answering all our questions. Hyundai did their "due diligence" and came up with a fair price for our trade-in. Cody, their Finance Manager, was our next step, and in the 50+ years I have purchased cars, he was outstanding in presenting our financial obligations. So, if you are looking to purchase a new or used car, your first call should be to Hyundai of the Shoals. A real class act.

My husband and I stopped by the Hyundai dealership in - Sherrian

My husband and I stopped by the Hyundai dealership in Jasper looking for a pre owned vehicle. Brett Godsey met us on the lot and showed us several very nice vehicles but they weren’t exactly what we were looking to buy. He took us over to Jasper Honda and we found the perfect car. Brett spent many hours working to find us the right car. All the people at the Hyundai dealership were very nice. Brett and the people at Jasper Honda went above and beyond making our buying experience great. Thanks to Brett Godsey for taking such good care of us!!!!😊
