Everyone at this Honda dealership made me feel welcomed and interested in making me a deal. I previously went to Honda in Huntsville and they didn’t seem too interested if I bought a vehicle or not. Throughout the next week I began researching vehicles again. I was stuck on Honda or Toyota. My husband suggested we go to Decatur to Honda and then Toyota next. Test drive different crossovers/SUVs to decide what I really wanted. Regardless what I decided on, I wanted a white vehicle with gray interior. However, when I walked inside the dealership, a red SUV caught my eye. I asked my husband, “What is that?” He said a Pilot and I didn’t believe him….it looked different. I was in love and I never really cared about how a vehicle looked as long as it would get me where I was going without any problems. Did I mention that I have never wanted a red vehicle in my years of buying them? I love my new ride! Thanks to all the staff for making this lady happy! My grandkids love it, and other family members. My sister just got a Toyota 4 Runner and having regrets. She said, a Honda Pilot Trailsport will be her next ride. Thank you

He has always done what it takes to get me the model and color car with the features I wanted. When I moved to a neighboring state, I bought my last car from Jay and he had it delivered! Sales Staff Including the General Manager(Jeff Hand) and Salesman Jack Lin went above and beyond in making me a customer. They were pleasant , courteous and professional in their negotiations with me. Overall very good buying experience. I'd like to note this is not my first rodeo, If all car purchasing transaction went like this, buying a new car would be better for all. I'm not easily persuaded, but I have to say I strongly recommend this dealership.

Reneged on the deal! I got a price on a white HR-V 2024 but i don't like white so i asked if they had one in a different color. They asked what i preferred. I said how about that dark green. I learned it's called Nordic Green. They said that color was an up charge. I say how much he says about 500.00. I asked my wife, On the phone , while he was listening, if she wanted to pay 500 more for color . She said okay so i said okay add the cost of the paint. Next day they can't get the green so i say ok subtract the color charge from the price and ill get the black one. THEY SAY NO , WE WERE GETTING SUCH A GREAT DEAL WE STILL HAD TO PAY FOR THE COLOR WE WERE NOT GETTING. Of course they say how honest they are but they clearly reneged on the deal. To recap 1.) We made a deal on regular color 2.) we made a second deal on up charge for color 3.) they would not subtract the up charge to get the regular color. 4.) deals off. 5.) I talked to my wife to get her impression of what they said on speaker phone over the last few days. She was shocked that they added for color the would not remove up charge. 6.) fundamentally dishonest dealing.

Just car shopping Honda Fit and Civic. Stopped at Grissom and talked with salesperson Lisa Fornes. She spent a lot of time with us, checked every question we asked, we took both cars on test rides over all kinds of roads from city to highway, potholes, backroads, etc. We got a great sample of how both vehicles handled (they are very different) Very attentive and friendly, Lisa really represented this dealership (and Honda) well! We haven't purchased yet, but hope if we choose Honda that we can work the deal with Lisa at Grisson.
