Recently purchased a blue bmw 325d M Sport E92. I dealt with kassim and Adam who could not do enough for me. They made me feel very welcome and helped without smothering me. Bad Experience. Buyer Beware!!! I bought a 2011 Chrysler 300 AWD for $10499.00 from xDrive motors in W.Bridgewater, Ma. on 11/13/2019 for my wife to drive this winter. When we had ou I bought a 2011 Chrysler 300 AWD for $10499.00 from xDrive motors in W.Bridgewater, Ma. on 11/13/2019 for my wife to drive this winter. When we had our first major snow in Dec. I noticed the AWD didn't work. She was stuck in the driveway. I took the car to Bonneville and Son in Manchester as I was concerned there was a safety issue and they informed me it needed major repair of the AWD system. The estimate was $1600.00. When I told xdrive of the problem they told me my warranty expired. I explained that this has nothing to do with the warranty and that they materially misrepresented the vehicle as AWD. They deny any responsibilty. Horrible. Run don't walk away from this place. More

Unprofessional and Dishonest no star rated if you ask me By far the worst experience I have had with a finance dept.Sales rep Ralph was honest and made me somewhat feel comfortable,Yet after test driving the By far the worst experience I have had with a finance dept.Sales rep Ralph was honest and made me somewhat feel comfortable,Yet after test driving the car for the second time my friend pulled over to the side of the road to debate whether or not I should purchase the car.The loan that was so far off and wanted me to purchase gap insurance when I could get my own gap insurance through my own insurance company but he insisted telling me I had to purchase it or the deal was off.I then called back two days later and told them I was no longer interested and wanted my refund back that was on hold.The finance man then told me that they are investigating the car because there was a dent in the car and that he needed to investigate the cameras to see if I did the damage.They were clearly upset because the car needed work done that I told them had to be done before I purchased the car and was upset I didn’t want to purchase the vehicle.What a sneaky unprofessional way to deal with a customer.I will never go back and would not recommend this to anyone.The rep also told me that there was someone else already looking at the car anyhow how unprofessional and dishonest More

This was truly a big influence if we were to make an agreement. The test ride was hassle free without any pressure in trying to make a sale. Once we returned I gave him an offer reasonable offer that was accepted within ten minutes. They were able to handle all the registrations requirements on at the dealership. Fast and easy without headaches. Highly recommended you give them a look. More
