My partner and I recently visited Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted for the purchase of a Smart fortwo. Our visit began after some unexpected car trouble, and the reception and service we were provided with at Olmsted for the purchase of a Smart fortwo. Our visit began after some unexpected car trouble, and the reception and service we were provided with at MB North Olmsted could not be beat. Our first visit with Paul Muraca was incredibly informative, and left us feeling that a Smart car would be a great option to consider. Not wanting to jump into a decision, we researched and visited other dealers offering comparable cars (Fiat, Scion, etc) the following day. After some test drives, we decided that the Smart car provided the greatest value, comfort, and quality and decided to visit again. Upon our second visit we met with a newer member of the Mercedes Benz team. Jared Barker provided an incredibly warm and enjoyable experience, ultimately leading to our decision to purchase the vehicle. Throughout the purchase, Jared maintained great communication and even followed up with us in the following week to make sure we were enjoying the vehicle.
