I’ve bought several cars from there. They have a great team of service people and sales rep. I’d also like to add a young girl back in the summer on a 100 degree day helped me figure out They have a great team of service people and sales rep. I’d also like to add a young girl back in the summer on a 100 degree day helped me figure out how to unlock my doors. The doors locked after I put my daughter in her car seat and shut the door. . I couldn’t get the doors to open with the key fob or the app. A young girl in service helped me figure it out while I panicked and she remained calm while trying to figure it out. She told me to try to open the back hatch and I climbed through the back to unlock the doors. She said she had the same car I did, She was very helpful that day!!!! Thank you. More

My 2002 Mitsubishi Diamante has 228,000 miles and had some issues that needed attention. I called and set up an appointment and was immediately accepted. My service representative, Tom listened and took some issues that needed attention. I called and set up an appointment and was immediately accepted. My service representative, Tom listened and took notes about my concerns and forwarded the matter to the Mitsubishi mechanic who went right to work on my issues. Tom kept me posted throughout the entire service procedures and got my approval for the necessary parts, procedures and labor keeping me aware of the cost of each procedure. I picked it up today and drove home and was very pleased with the performance of my Diamante. I highly recommend Shelor Motor Mile in Christiansburg, VA for any repairs you need on whatever the make and model you have. They are excellent. More
