I'll start off by saying that our sales consultant, Kevin Rich, was amazing however he no longer works in sales so unfortunately I can't guarantee readers will have my same experience. If you need service though, definitely reach out to Kevin. We purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda on a Saturday evening after having test driven it earlier in the day. Unfortunately, when we drove the car it was completely filthy and so we didn't get a clear look at the exterior but as it was certified I assumed it wouldn't have any major issues. After we completed the finance paperwork and took the car home we discovered that the rear bumper color was way off, there was a massive scratch in the rear glass from someone ignoring a bad wiper blade, and there were a few other little things that weren't right but were easily repairable including the car needing to be buffed. I went back up to the dealer the following Monday and spoke to the used car manager, I believe his name was Ron, who was completely inept and had no concept of customer service in the slightest. After several debates about what should and should not have been covered, I left with an ultimatum that if I didn't ask them to re-paint the bumper they would cover a partial cost of repairing the back glass. This was totally unacceptable to me as I had no opportunity to see any of these problems prior to signing paperwork, and it took sending an email to the General Manager and GSM in order to get them to fix all the issues on the car. To this day it still hasn't been buffed, and while they had my vehicle for 5 business days (7 days total) they refused to provide a loaner vehicle or let me drive my trade-in which was a major inconvenience as well. I have also never once received a call from the GSM or GM to apologize or even speak about the situation, they made my sales consultant handle everything which was unfair to him. On the plus side, the manager who made it so difficult to get these issues resolved no longer works at the dealership. Jeremy, the manager who worked our deal originally has handled everything with care and class since then and the vehicle has been repaired to our satisfaction. Jeremy and Kevin have really worked to restore a little bit of my faith in this dealership and we will service our car here in the future. If they happen to have another pre-owned vehicle we're interested in I would consider purchasing from them again as long as Jeremy is still the manager! More

We purchased our Mazda CX5 in 2019. Rick T our sales person was pleasant to work with. He went out of his way to help us find the exact car we were looking for. As we returned for scheduled service, he would recognize us and went out of his way to enquire if he could be of help. We have found the Service Dept easy to schedule and work with. With service we have connected with Service Advisor Matt F. He is easy and detailed to communicate with and he follows up as he gives practical advise on any needed future work. More
