Service always takes forever no matter what is getting done... even something as simple as an oil change takes over an hour. Everytime my car is in for a service something goes wrong... tech drops a part, done... even something as simple as an oil change takes over an hour. Everytime my car is in for a service something goes wrong... tech drops a part, they forget to put something back. In the last three visits I have accumulated 7 free oil changes as a sorry. More
