It's clear that Jim Shorkey Ford only cares about maximizing their profits by taking advantage of their customers. I was pressured into purchasing a $1500 protection package (Luxcare XT) after exp maximizing their profits by taking advantage of their customers. I was pressured into purchasing a $1500 protection package (Luxcare XT) after explicitly declining it multiple times. Jim Shorkey Ford refused my request to refund my money and made no effort to resolve the issue. I expressed my concern to both the finance manager (Tony) and the general manager (Alfy), only to be told repeatedly that the car had already been treated and that the money was non-refundable. This excuse seems all too convenient for them. After looking into the Luxcare XT product further, it turns out to be nothing more than common paint sealant, wax, and water repellant - likely worth well less than $100. This product provides very little value for the absurd and unjustifiable cost of $1500. I feel exploited and ultimately deceived. The sales process at Jim Shorkey Ford is intentionally confusing and predatory. I'm shocked that a reputable business would refuse to refund my money for a product that I'm extremely dissatisfied with and didn't want to buy in the first place. More

It took 3 transmission try’s to get it correct. Car was there for 7 weeks for a warranty issue. When I finally received my car back it was filthy inside.
