Overall it was a pain free, hassle free, non stressful experience. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a car, buy from these brothers. I test drove, signed my paperwork, and received tags in less than 2 hours. Amazing service, and amazing people. Used car dealerships are often associated with rip off spots, but NOT these guys. I headed home, angry and irritated that someone would lie knowing how far I was coming. Started surfing the net (wife was driving) and found an ad from "iCars". I called and spoke with Barry. He's telling me that he has a couple of these cars in the year I'm looking for and that they are in great shape (actually said they were like a 9 point car out of 10). He's telling me how he's got several "high-end" cars, a showroom and how he likes to let the customer know exactly what their getting. Even if it means going over board, he'd rather be totally up front. Ok, he's a salesman right? Yup, he made this car so appealing over the phone we switched directions and headed to Chicago instead of back to Tennessee. We walk into this waiting area that is wonderful. Such a relaxed atmosphere! Offices immediately off of this area. NO pushy salesmen just Barry and Afrim. There are several people in the waiting area (later found it was because they too bought a car). We spoke with Barry about the car and he takes us out to see it. EXACTLY as he described - probably better actually! There must have been 40 cars in this showroom, and all of them to die for (Vipers, Mercedes, Cadillac's...any high-end car you can imagine). We do the walk around, inspect, inspect some more and than decide that we want to test drive. Barry handed me the keys and my wife and I went for a drive. What a beautiful car! Now it's time to finish the deal. OMG, how easy was this?! Told him the price I was willing to pay and there was no beating around the bush. Flat out - SOLD!!! Next guy to deal with is Afrim, the paperwork guru! He made this feel like you were just visiting a friend. Before we knew it, I had the paperwork and keys in my hand and was being told "congratulations" by both him and Barry. What a breath of fresh air to deal with two men who actually treated me like a human being, knew what they were talking about and didn't have to lie to make a sale! Would I recommend these two? YOU BET!!! More

Barry and Afrim were easy to talk to, know their stuff and their cars and made the process quick, efficient and about as easy as it gets- especially coming in from out of the Chicago area. They'll even pick you up at Ohare if needed, but I drove in so didn't need that, but who else does that ?! That's great ! Their cars a nice, clean and ready to go. They had a large inventory of sweet cars to choose from, some very high-end. Their shop is cooly edgy, with a utility garage feel I loved. I wish my garage looked as good ! It was not a traditional, slick glass and chrome, high-end facility like BMW, or Mercedes or Porsche, which you end up paying for in the massive prices at those shops. I recommend Barry and Afrim at iCars Chicago because I did 100% of the deal's financials by email while traveling for work, and everything was as advertised, and I found the car ( and the financials) in the exact shape quoted when I arrived at their shop. In and out in 90 minutes including the test drive! Barry and his brother Afrim have an interesting concept that works. They understand the new world of online shopping in a way many others have not embraced to this extent. They go outside the mould to make it work for their customers, and have thankfully left the old style of car buying behind and embraced a customer-driven online and in-shop, personal buying experience that was unlike anything I've seen before. And for the out-of-town buyer, they made it simple and fast, two things I really liked in working with them. More
