I walked in quite skeptical (being a younger female in this type of setting, you usually get put through the ringer and taken advantage of)...however, I couldn't be more happy with the entire experience. I feel like got an amazing deal on an amazing car, and I was so happy with my experience with this dealership and their customer service from start to finish. I gave them quite the challenge...and they delivered! Recently, my vehicle was in a horrible accident. I was in the market for a new car, and fast! I found the most beautiful BMW X5 at iAutohaus and I was Recently, my vehicle was in a horrible accident. I was in the market for a new car, and fast! I found the most beautiful BMW X5 at iAutohaus and I was ready to go! Unfortunately, my insurance company was not. More than 2 weeks following the accident they STILL hadn't even been out to officially declare the vehicle a total loss. In addition, the need for a new vehicle was a surprise and as a new business-owner I had very little money set aside for an initial investment in the vehicle. Suffice it to say that as a starving entrepreneur with another car still lingering on my report and very little to put down, I was a challenging customer. From start to finish, however, I was treated like I was worth a million bucks. Jeremy, my sales advisor, was perfect. He offered me guidance and encouragement (I was nervous!), but also gave me room to make the decision on my own. Lisa, the finance advisor, is one of the most personable people I have ever met and she went one million percent above and beyond to make my situation work. Between she and Jeremy they set me up with a plan that worked for me. Also - shout out to Joann who was willing to let me use her iPhone cord (everyone knows those things are gold!) so that I could charge up in anticipation of sending several excited messages with photos of my new car that iAutohaus made happen. Thank you all for impeccable service. I will definitely be back in the future! More
Negotiated over the phone--dealer over 100 miles away Very friendly and impressive dealership for high end used cars. They had the only convertible that fit my requirements within 500 miles. Was not very happy with what they gave me for my trade but was more concerned getting a FWD, HT convertible in white or red that I could put on a tow dolly. Car will be used to run errands so is satisfactory for my needs and I can tow with the RV. More

I purchased a Mercedes Benz GL550 for my family, and a beautiful car it is. First of all, the selection of European cars is great, from the two seater sports car to the 7 person family wagon. Wesley (the owner) picks only the best cars to fill his indoor showroom. My buying experience was great. At no time did I feel pressured to buy. I was given ample time to think and Wesley wanted me to be sure the car I was looking at was really what I wanted. I was given a tour of the facility to assure me that I am going to be taken care of not only at the buying mark, but assuring me when servicing is needed as well. The shop is clean and shows class. Since having the car, servicing it at iAutohaus has been a red carpet service as well. Josh Hemmerling has always been professional and has always taken care of my concerns in a speedy fashion. The mechanics are thorough and knowledgeable and will fix any problem with a positive result. These guys are definitely worth a try if you are in the market for a precision tuned European machine. Well I got the second shock in so few weeks the charge nothing let me repeat NOTHING Josh my service advisor had it fixed and back to me in 20 minutes while I waited. I know this is not how they stay there but how they treat people. you can't fake being nice to you customers. Thanks to your team at Autohause More
