The staff is professional, courteous, and very helpful. The building and grounds are spotless. The cars are AMAZING! I purchased a beautiful BMW 135i convertible. The car was meticulously detailed and was portrayed online honestly and accurately. I would not hesitate to buy another car from iAutohaus remotely, based solely on the online portrayal. This dealer deserves the full 5 star rating and I would have given it if it wasn't for the attitude of the finance manager. She did get it together before we left, but she was very rude during the deal closure. Her attitude aside, iAutohaus is an excellent dealership. More

I walked in late Friday evening only wanting to view & test drive an Audi I had my eye on, not expecting to walk out with a new car, though the entire staff stayed late for me, matched my previous financing I already had in place while continuing to work on the deal through the weekend while Jeremy personally delivered the vehicle to me himself on Sunday even though the dealership was closed. The moment I met Wesley, who is a very personable and passionate guy, saw the dealership, the inventory of cars and learned that he is a Porsche trained Porsche mechanic, I knew I wanted to be part of this dealership, and I knew I would be buying a car that day. Fortunately, he had exactly the car I wanted to buy- a beautiful, 2012 Porsche Panamera- it looks and runs like brand new and for less than half the cost of brand new. I am really excited about my new car, and my new friends and relationship with Wesley, his staff and iAutohaus!!!!! Thanks a lot. More
