The Sales Lady Leslie Zell was very welcoming to me and my needs for the Edge! Took a test drive and loved it! She worked with her manager to make a deal for me but he could not give me any help on the pri my needs for the Edge! Took a test drive and loved it! This is the worst dealer service center I have ever been to. The employees were incredibly rude and dismissive with a particular shout out to Rebecca who repeatedly told me that they couldn’t do anything ab to. My car literally broke down on the way home from spending $1300 on repairs and they were incredibly dismissive and did not offer any assistance. Save your time, money, and sanity and DO NOT take your car for service here. More
Added a second Subaru to our driveway. Ryan Gaynor, Sales Consultant, is WHY we bought from Wilkins Subaru. We shopped online and at other dealerships; knew we wanted to replace our ten-ye Ryan Gaynor, Sales Consultant, is WHY we bought from Wilkins Subaru. We shopped online and at other dealerships; knew we wanted to replace our ten-year old Outback with another Subaru, but then we decided to add, instead of trade! We live 1.5 hrs away, visited Wilkins lot and met Ryan, but due to a tight schedule we had to leave. But because of Ryan’s listening and communication skills, we came back and BOUGHT! Then a few days after the sale, I was contacted and met with Kevin Riebert, Technical Specialist. After spending 1.5 hours with him and his knowledge, teaching skills and genuine character and personality, I knew why both of these young gentlemen were team members at Wilkins Subaru. I am looking forward to meeting the Service Team next! More
Working with Evan at Wilkins was a great experience. When we began our search we were overwhelmed with dealerships reaching out to us. None of them had the car we were looking for and many had a hands-o When we began our search we were overwhelmed with dealerships reaching out to us. None of them had the car we were looking for and many had a hands-off approach. Evan was much more attentive, checked in almost daily, and was genuinely helpful each time we chatted. Eventually, due to a time constraint on our part, we ended up visiting Wilkins to look at a different model, which turned out really well. On a Friday afternoon with a trade-in, it took 5 hours for the deal to go through, and it was worth it! We were shocked to hear he had only been working there for about a month. The sales team was truly a team, and every step of the way, we felt taken care of. Kevin in Finance was amazing and got us a great deal on the warranty, and in the end we walked out the door feeling really happy with our purchase. The only hiccups we had were ultimately resolved. There was a bit of confusion with a last minute change we made to the purchase agreement that caused some back and forth between Wilkins finance team and our bank, but it was resolved in a timely manner. Also, the initial value of our trade-in was much lower than anticipated, but the Manager was able to get us a better deal through CarMax without having to leave the dealership. More
