Great place to Buy a Car First they honored the internet quote I asked for and was given. No hidden fees tacked on it was the out the door price I requested. Salesman Joe Landi was a big help and very friendly and got the whole process done in less then 3 hours. Financing was painless no pressure to buy additional items and rates were excellent too. Over all a very friendly place but the best thing of all was there was no hint of the dreadful game playing alot of dealers use bouncing customers from salesman to GM and back etc. I asked for a price quote what they gave me was reasonable according to research I had done and it was honored when I showed up. Best car buying experience I've had and I've bought many cars. More

Pleasant is not often associated with buying a car, but the folks at Wilkins definitely go out of their way to reduce any unpleasantness associated with buying a car. The overall process was smooth, efficient and courteous, Everyone from Don, our sales associate, to the sales manager (my apologies-I didn't catch his name) to the person who handled the financing, was helpful and respectful for our time and concerns as we worked through the purchase process. If you are considering a Suburu, go to Wilkins first. You will not be disappointed. More
Waste of Time I went to Wilkins looking for a new 2015 Outback. The salesman was very unhelpfull and took an attitude like since the Outback is selling well I shoul I went to Wilkins looking for a new 2015 Outback. At no time, was there any uncomfortable pressure from Joel or any of the Wilkins staff that I dealt with. After arriving home, there was one thing I didn't quite understand about one of the console lights on the car so I called Joel and he immediately got back to me and calmly explained what was going on. Subsequently, he called me two days after the sale to see if I had any questions about the car and to see if everything was running satisfactorily. Joel was thoroughly professional and a really nice person to deal with. Over the years, I have had a number of cars and this was the most enjoyable buying experience that I have had. I would definitely recommend Wilkins Subaru. :) More

Worst Experience Ever I traveled to this dealership when shopping for a new car (Subaru XTrek) because of all of the great reviews and I was not impressed. The Sales person I traveled to this dealership when shopping for a new car (Subaru XTrek) because of all of the great reviews and I was not impressed. The Sales person but especially the Sales Manager did little to help me find the Subaru (with options/color) I was looking for. They offered to order one but did little more in working out a reasonable price or financing. In fact, I mentioned I saw the car I wanted with the exact color and options I wanted that was at another dealership and was told they could order one from the factory but it would take some time. I went to Valley Motors and ran into the same situation of not finding exactly what I wanted and they contacted me within hours informing me they worked out a trade with the dealer who had the "Exact" car I wanted. Not sure how they did it but they went above and beyond and also the price Valley gave me was so much better than Wilkens. More
