It's been 5 weeks since I dropped my car off and they're still not done repairing. Granted, it was at a busy time but 5 weeks is still too long. Not to mention, when they promise they'll get in touch with you they don't; they just forget about you and not contact you back. Edit: I'm altering my review after talking with them and getting my car back. It turns out they did a really really thorough repair and not cut any corners. They basically replaced any pieces that were damaged that could cause problems down the line. I do appreciate the fact that I probably won't need repairs 5-8 years down the road, but I still wish I knew what was going on. So 4 stars instead of 5. More

negligence or doesn't care???? I brought my car in for an oil change after the snow storm. I asked the tech to fill up my coolant since the level was way below the LOW line. Service was fast, as i was paying, i asked the tech again if they filled up my coolant and he said he did. I So my husband & i drove off. 2 days after, i receive a phone survey and i thought of checking my fluid level and read the checklist that was attached to my receipt. Coolant was green and windshield washer was green. COOLANT LEVEL WAS STILL THE SAME, windshield washer was not topped off either. I left a message for Mr. Hudson, he promptly called me and left me a voicemail explaining that they might have been low on windshield washer the time i came in. And he advised me not to fill my coolant.... WHAAAAAAAT????? So he wants my car to overheat???? I called him back telling him that the tech lied to me two times! And he lied too, on that checklist. I asked my husband to buy coolant but they told him to just bring the car back. I brought it back myself, opened the hood myself and i have him check my coolant level. He topped the fluid halfway above low. He didn't even notice that my windshield washer was low, so i asked them to fill it up, too. I wasn't asking them to fill it up all the way to the cover, i just want the fluid filled to an acceptable level. My husband is taking my car on a 600-mile drive. I don't want my car to overheat, freeze, etc. I have brought my car several times to be serviced for the past 18 months and for that coolant to be on that level, means YOU HAVE NOT BEEN TOPPING OFF FLUIDS, you guys have been negligent. I bring my car to the dealer to be serviced thinking i would get a better service, but i was wrong! Wilkins Subaru cannot be trusted. I feel like my safety is of no concern to you and you wasted my time by making me go back so my fluids could be topped off, which should've been done when i brought my car the first time. More

I started my search with Wilkins Subaru as an "internet inquiry" with Andrew Hudson and Pattai Fischetti, they started me looking for what I wanted ... they didn't try to move me to somewhere I didn't want to go... Greatly appreciated... So off I went to Wilkins Subaru... a bit of a drive but well worth the time... Met at the door by the Sales Team... Jay Danick and Dan Fisher, on a Saturday morning... they went right to work to together... to get me the exact car I was looking for. Jay arranged to have the car ready for pick up at 9:00 am Monday morning. Dan did a great job preparing all the paperwork. Tom Ebersole, the Finance Manager, guided me thru all the financing options and found the right fit for me Andrew Peace... with " great patience" show me all the features on the car and set up "Blue Tooth" Met the Won Suh the Service Representative, he covered maintenance schedule for the new car. All the bases covered... Very good buying experience... recommend these guys and gals to everyone... More
Best Dealership I have experienced. The first experience with Subaru was last year when I bought a Crosstrek and I loved the car to no end. The Manager, sales man, Service Department. After a year I realized I needed a bigger car so I just recently purchased an Outback Limited. Dealt with the Manger who by the way is the best of the best, and then Don Plehn. I was very satisfied with everything that day. I was in and out within 2.5 hours. The car came with quite a few options and Don spent the time to go over most of the them with me and let me know that I can ask him anything when I come across something I don't understand. The feedback afterwards was wonderful as well. More

The car itself is wonderful and the Wilkins Subaru people were very helpful indeed with our questions and education on the use of the bells and whistles etc! But our most impressive experience was with Tim Phillips the sales rep who test drove, answered our many questions and ultimately sold us this vehicle. We found him to be courteous, knowledgable, helpful, entertaining and just everything you could hope for in a car buying experience! And, I personally generally do not enjoy car buying myself, but I have to say I did enjoy this one and Tim Phillips really did make this our best car buying experience ever! (And, we have bought quite a few cars in our lives so far!) So, while we want to give a great five star review to Wilkins Subaru generally for a good experience, our biggest shout out is to Tim Phillips, in our experience the best, most knowledgable, most helpful sales rep we have had to good fortune to work with ever!! Sound over the top? Well just go to Wilkins Subaru/GMC/Buick, ask for Tim Phillips and I can guarantee a fast, helpful and enjoyable experience!! More
