Worst Experience Ever I traveled to this dealership when shopping for a new car (Subaru XTrek) because of all of the great reviews and I was not impressed. The Sales person I traveled to this dealership when shopping for a new car (Subaru XTrek) because of all of the great reviews and I was not impressed. The Sales person but especially the Sales Manager did little to help me find the Subaru (with options/color) I was looking for. They offered to order one but did little more in working out a reasonable price or financing. In fact, I mentioned I saw the car I wanted with the exact color and options I wanted that was at another dealership and was told they could order one from the factory but it would take some time. I went to Valley Motors and ran into the same situation of not finding exactly what I wanted and they contacted me within hours informing me they worked out a trade with the dealer who had the "Exact" car I wanted. Not sure how they did it but they went above and beyond and also the price Valley gave me was so much better than Wilkens. More

Best Customer Service and Product / Ask For Don Plehn I purchased a new Subaru Legacy from Wilkins Subaru a few weeks ago. I had to get a new car after hitting a patch of black ice and after I got my Lega I purchased a new Subaru Legacy from Wilkins Subaru a few weeks ago. I had to get a new car after hitting a patch of black ice and after I got my Legacy I took my uncle for a drive in it and he told me I should get in more accidents jokingly because he absolutely loved my new car. I had Don Plehn as my salesman and out of the many dealerships I looked into, Subaru was by far the best. Don is a genuine guy who tells it to you straight, and he took the time to really explain everything to me. I had no wait time getting to see a sales associate and Don was efficient and sincere. He didn't harass me like the salesmen from the other dealerships, but followed up like he said he would promptly and respectfully. Don was phenomenal in explaining the features of their vehicles and I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service I was provided at Wilkins Subaru, you can tell they really care about people. The vehicle itself was by far the best product as Subarus are one of the only cars to come standard with all wheel drive. The Legacy came with XM Radio, GPS, heated and power seats, Pandora Radio, and many more things. I love my new Legacy. It handled the best out of the other car brands I tried and the Legacy feels like a true luxury car. My advice to anyone looking for a new car is to check out Wilkins Subaru and ask for Don Plehn More

Donald spent a lot of time with me showing me the features that was on the 2015 2.5i Forester that I was interested in purchasing. After purchase he made sure that I understood and showed me how to use some of the features on the vehicle. He paired the Bluetooth feature in the vehicle to my Samsung Galaxy S5 and made sure it was operating correctly This is my 4th new Forester in the past ten years from this dealership and the service experience was just great. Donald went out of his way to accommodate us. Jeff, the finance guy was part of the experience and made sure that everything was A1 on his end. Thanks, everyone and God willing we will be back. More

Good Deal, Friendly Staff, Great Follow-through We took our TrueCar price for a new Legacy to Wilkins because they were rated higher on Yelp and G+ than other local Subaru dealers, and they were onl We took our TrueCar price for a new Legacy to Wilkins because they were rated higher on Yelp and G+ than other local Subaru dealers, and they were only 15 minutes away. The Legacy was a late contender after having looked at the Ford Fusion and Kia Optima. We met with Dan Fisher who showed us a car with the options we wanted. Dan was thorough and personable throughout the test drive and was very knowledgeable about the car's systems even though many features such as EyeSight were brand new for 2015. We liked the car and would have done the deal that day but they didn't have the color we wanted in stock. For the next two weeks Dan followed up to give us the status of his hunt for a dealer swap. Because inventory was low everywhere, in the end I decided to go back to Wilkins on a Saturday afternoon and just order the car from the factory. As fate would have it, that very afternoon a matching car had been shipped in. This is where manager Jay Danick stepped in - this car had more features than we'd wanted so it was priced higher, but Jay ultimately make me such a great offer it was silly to say no. Since they were busy, Don Plehn took over for Dan and shepherded me through the paperwork. Eric in Finance got me an interest rate I was comfortable with and the deal was done. On Monday evening I surprised my wife with a new car that was supposed to arrive six weeks later, was better equipped than we'd planned, and ready to drive off the lot. Wilkins made buying a new car simple, painless and a pleasure. I got great value for a good price and I'm satisfied with the whole thing.
