We left and purchase our second Subaru at Annapolis Subaru. This is the second time we try to buy a vehicle at Glen Burnie Subaru, your whole sale department needs to change BIG time. More

Best New Car buying experience After considerable research, we determined the Subaru Forester Touring was one of the cars under serious consideration. In it's size/price bracket, i After considerable research, we determined the Subaru Forester Touring was one of the cars under serious consideration. In it's size/price bracket, it had all the bells and whistles, (e.g. Eye Sight Drive Assist features (pre-collision braking, lane departure, adaptive cruise control and backup camera, etc.) to protect us and our grand children when they are with us. Our first contact was with the car buying service rep, Stephanie Eicher, who started the process expeditiously. When we went to the dealership, Dan Fisher, our salesperson, set my wife up with a familiarization ride. We had not yet made a decision, until the demo ride was finished. We were impressed, and after some private consultation, decided to buy. We then specified to Dan what model we wanted and the options we wanted. We were not pressured to add anything extra. Jay, the manger, explained that due to our specific configuration, they had to order our Forester, which was not a problem for us. As we weren't selling our 13 year old car until we had a new one. I know that to be true as I checked all dealerships within a 75 mile radius. When we went to pick up our car, the paperwork was a smooth process even to the point where Dan called our insurance co. and they added the vehicle and faxed the insurance id card to Wilkins. When we finished the paperwork, the Maryland registration and our insurance card were put in the document package that comes with the car. Before we were allowed to leave, we were asked if we wanted their "Systems" lady to go over the features of the vehicle with us. We said yes as this car has a lot of capability the old car didn't have. She was very patient, ensuring all our questions were answered. All the personnel at Wilkins were very professional and courteous. As we have not yet had any service done, we hope it will be of the same high quality as the sales process. More

Entrusts repairs to nearby repair shop This place does not service your car, but entrusts to a nearby repair shop. This repair shop really takes their time repairing your car. It's been 5 w This place does not service your car, but entrusts to a nearby repair shop. This repair shop really takes their time repairing your car. It's been 5 weeks since I dropped my car off and they're still not done repairing. Granted, it was at a busy time but 5 weeks is still too long. Not to mention, when they promise they'll get in touch with you they don't; they just forget about you and not contact you back. Edit: I'm altering my review after talking with them and getting my car back. It turns out they did a really really thorough repair and not cut any corners. They basically replaced any pieces that were damaged that could cause problems down the line. I do appreciate the fact that I probably won't need repairs 5-8 years down the road, but I still wish I knew what was going on. So 4 stars instead of 5. More

negligence or doesn't care???? I brought my car in for an oil change after the snow storm. I asked the tech to fill up my coolant since the level was way below the LOW line. Service was fast, as i was paying, i asked the tech again if they filled up my coolant and he said he did. I So my husband & i drove off. 2 days after, i receive a phone survey and i thought of checking my fluid level and read the checklist that was attached to my receipt. Coolant was green and windshield washer was green. COOLANT LEVEL WAS STILL THE SAME, windshield washer was not topped off either. I left a message for Mr. Hudson, he promptly called me and left me a voicemail explaining that they might have been low on windshield washer the time i came in. And he advised me not to fill my coolant.... WHAAAAAAAT????? So he wants my car to overheat???? I called him back telling him that the tech lied to me two times! And he lied too, on that checklist. I asked my husband to buy coolant but they told him to just bring the car back. I brought it back myself, opened the hood myself and i have him check my coolant level. He topped the fluid halfway above low. He didn't even notice that my windshield washer was low, so i asked them to fill it up, too. I wasn't asking them to fill it up all the way to the cover, i just want the fluid filled to an acceptable level. My husband is taking my car on a 600-mile drive. I don't want my car to overheat, freeze, etc. I have brought my car several times to be serviced for the past 18 months and for that coolant to be on that level, means YOU HAVE NOT BEEN TOPPING OFF FLUIDS, you guys have been negligent. I bring my car to the dealer to be serviced thinking i would get a better service, but i was wrong! Wilkins Subaru cannot be trusted. I feel like my safety is of no concern to you and you wasted my time by making me go back so my fluids could be topped off, which should've been done when i brought my car the first time. More
