Most of the time my experiences with the service department are positive but I'm not overly pleased with the last visit as one of my requests was not met even after making the request not only by ph department are positive but I'm not overly pleased with the last visit as one of my requests was not met even after making the request not only by phone when scheduling my service appointment but also again upon drop-off (I waited for the vehicle) for the appointment. The work they did was performed correctly aside from the request that seemed to go unacknowledged. I own a Wrangler and requested a "5-tire rotation" and they only did a standard "4-tire rotation." Not a big deal but since it was requested and not performed I can't give them better than an average rating for this particular visit. The service writer was cordial and professional as always so no complaints there. More

They’re rip-off artists. Twice now, 2 different vehicles they’ve charged me for diagnostic fees that were total xx. I brought my truck in for a transmission service and oil Twice now, 2 different vehicles they’ve charged me for diagnostic fees that were total xx. I brought my truck in for a transmission service and oil change with coupon. They charged me a diagnostic fee and only did the oil change but charged beyond the difference with the diagnostic fee - and didn’t do the transmission service. “we saved you $50”. How? I asked for a transmission service not any troubleshooting? It’s the only thing I haven’t serviced and wanted it done! Took my Jeep in and it sat for over a week. Then they rushed the work on the following Monday and left out half the parts! “ Our guy matched up what he could”- means he probably used the wrong bolts to begin which left others further down to be incorrect lengths- because it was rushed after sitting for over a week. I also asked for a thermostat replacement estimate because it has a thermostat code. Boom another $180 diagnostic to tell me it had a thermostat code that I told them it had and it’ll be three times the cost of any other shop doing it. They’re using diagnostic code xx to pad they’re costs and incompetence on top of not even performing scheduled work. With the amount of time vehicles sit, this tells me they’re recovering costs because of poor time management and poor scheduling. They’ve lost a customer with multiple high end vehicles due to incompetence, whether it’s in management or on the floor. More
