However when they ordered my running boards they set up the appointment and I drove approximately 25 miles to drop my truck off only to find out about a couple of hours later that they ordered the wrong parts and I would Have to come up and pick up my vehicle. They told me that they would re-order the right parts and I would have to bring it up to them again. However a week went by and I contacted Jennifer I bought my running boards and she was going to check for me. Jennifer had called me back and told me that the runningboards had been in and that nobody ever notified me that they were in from the service department or whoever ordered the parts. Jennifer had no knowledge that they were not put on my vehicle the first time. Being said this is a leased vehicle now I have to put an extra 50 miles on my vehicle which is totally unacceptable what you ended up being approximately 100 miles extra if not more than I put on this vehicle.
